ZillowVERIFIED Amy was the listing agent for a property we wanted to view. We called on a Monday to set an appointment up for Saturday for the house listed on heather lane. Our appointment was at 2:30, I called and she was at a different listing because she thought that was the house we wanted to look at. I specifically said 116 heather lane Monday when I called. I drove all the way from Allen and wasted a whole afternoon to look at this house. She tells me on the phone that the heather lane house is under contract but that isnt mentioned on the listing and wasnt mentioned when I called Monday. I'm very disappointed that I wasted my time driving from Allen to Waxahachie for nothing! I will make sure not to use the agent again.
