When the first offer fell through, Amy turned around and relisted and had two open houses and private showings within three days. The final offer was accepted the night of the last open house, and the closing date was 21 days later. In my opinion, the house looked better than it had in 50 years. Amy was very responsive to phone calls and emails despite the fact that one of the listing family members does not live in the US.

I am so incredibly grateful that Amy was my realtor for so many reasons. First off, she knew exactly what to do in terms of staging my house. Second, she made a difficult process (I had been in my house for 25 years) less difficult. I won't say easy, but definitely easier. She impressed us by her knowledge of the local market, long years of professional experience and detailed plan that lays out the steps of selling our house.
