We recently moved from Yakima and wanted to sell our home sooner rather than later. She even did a personalized video explaining how she came up with the potential listing price, which was very impressive. Amy kept us up to date on the progress of the sale and was always quick to respond to our emails and texts. She even checked on us during our move to see if there was anything that we needed, or if she hadnt heard from us in a while. Honest admission - I have an utter disdain for most real estate people. The ones I have run across have developed lying into an absolute art form. (When they say "cozy", what they really mean are that the mice are hunchbacked...) HOWEVER, we put Amy and her team through the paces. We moved from the western part of the state to Selah, and had very tight schedules each time we came over to look at houses. Amy and her team were very good at keeping up with all the houses we wanted to see, and most importantly, didn't try to talk us into a property that we we weren't 100% on board with. By the way, Victoria should win some kind of an award for being sooooo patient with us! Here's the kicker - Our truck rental company didn't hold our reservation, people that promised to help us move flaked out, and there was some unexpected spring snow. So, guess who helped us unload trucks in Selah, in the SNOW? Yep, Amy and Victoria! Way beyond normal customer expectations! Face it, they got their commissions and could have just went on their way. They literally went the extra mile, and we couldn't have made this move without them. If you have any plans on using a real estate TEAM, please do yourself a favor and at least consider Amy and her team. They have definitely changed my view on their industry, and I would highly recommend them without any reservation. Also, people in Selah are so, so nice! Thanks for welcoming us into your community!
