ZillowVERIFIED Amy is an outstanding realtor for many reasons. She has deep knowledge of the Space Coast area and the various towns. She sent us daily listings through the portal (we were out of state) and diligently answered all of our (many) questions. On our multiple site visits to the area, she was punctual, prepared, patient and always a joy to spend time with. (someone I would pick as a firned any day!) We came with very specific desires in a home as to location, layout, a and structure. None of these stipulations phased her and she kept looking for us and showing u every available option. Personally, Amy is engaging, friendly and super patient. Just a joy to spend time with. ZillowVERIFIED Amy is everything you could ever ask for in a realtor. She represented us through the purchase of our first home and then the eventual sale of the same house. We can't possibly say everything that she did for us but if something came up, she handled it. Our inspector was dragging his feet and not returning phone calls so we let Amy know and within the half-hour the inspection was in hand. She always had our best interest in mind and we have no doubt that we got the best deal possible for the purchase. Throughout the time we owned our house we debated selling at various times because of a job transfer. At any point during that process, Amy would respond immediately and let us know exactly what she thought was best for us and where our house stood in the current market. We are not exaggerating when we say that she once sent a full market analysis at 11pm on a Friday night. When the time came to finally sell our house there was never any doubt that Amy would represent us again! We had been renting the house through a property manager and Amy handled our the transition and moving out the tenant and coordinating times to inspect and photograph the house. She then managed the minor repairs that were needed and got our house on the market and under contract in 24 hours. We never felt anything but support from Amy and knew that she would always have our best interest in mind. We live in Colorado now and she handled every single step for us and we can't thank her enough.

We combed through real estate listings, found several interesting ones, and then searched for a realtor who would be familiar with the area. There were many potential candidates, all of whom looked professional and knowledgeable, but what set Amy Kalman apart from the rest was her biographical information - simple and straightforward, without any hype - and the fact that she didn't dye her hair blonde. I know that is a silly factor upon which to base a decision, but my most recent real estate transaction had involved a realtor who falsified documents to manipulate the sale price, so I was looking for a realtor who would be honest and ethical. Amy Kalman presents herself as she is: honest, ethical, helpful, and kind. She went over and above the call of duty to find us a retirement home that met our objectives, going out of her way to film properties so that we could view them remotely. She was available at all hours of the day and night to help us negotiate a sale price and had an excellent grasp on technical methods to facilitate the exchange of necessary documents and signatures. She provided information about the area, and set up appointments for inspections, contractors, and closings. In a word, she was extraordinary, we were delighted at how the entire effort went, and we would not consider using another Florida realtor in the future.
