ZillowVERIFIED Where do we begin? We had a budget in mind. However, it was difficult to find something in the area we desired, that fell in that price range we needed. We had ourselves convinced that in order to find something we were going to have to be on the other side of the Susquehanna River- which meant, paying tolls, longer commutes, and Traffic. Amy showed us multiple listings that met our criteria, with the patience of a saint. We found a home, that we liked checking all the boxes, that also had that long commute and tolls to work each day. We hesitated with this one, did we love this ONE enough for those things...Here came Amy via the group text with another option to explore that seemed to be quite the perfect house for us, the cute little rancher, with the HUGE Garage, on this side of the river and only ten minutes from where we were currently residing. Thank you Amy for all of your hard work in finding us our dream home. If you are looking for a hardworking, top notch, realtor - It's Amy! Her knowledge and expertise is amazing. We cannot thank you enough for listening to all of our wants, needs and wishes, and making them all happen.

ZillowVERIFIED What word can I use to describe Amy.... A-W-E-S-O-M-E. Amy is so knowledgeable, professional and on-time. When she tells you shell be there at a certain time, shell be there 10 minutes before. She is ALWAYS available when you need her, even if you think the question you have may be stupid. I loved working with her and I cannot express enough gratitude for her kindness and respect. I have referred some of my friends to her who are looking for a home. ZillowVERIFIED We have nothing but praise for Amy Kalb. Late last year, Amy guided me through my first ever home buying experience. I had no idea how this journey would take off but she made herself available to walk me through each step. She is punctual, responsive, and a true expert in her field. We hit a few bumps (to be expected) waiting to hear back from outside parties but she kept our communication line open and honest. I can look back at those hiccups and have no ill feelings solely because Amy was beyond supportive and wonderful through it all. Once we closed and things settled down, she provided us with very thoughtful housewarming gifts. We lucked out with Amy as our agent and look forward to working with her again. Also, if she recommends Daryl Kalb - accept! Daryl is a lending officer that knows what hes doing. We couldnt ask for a better team.
