She helped refer me to a lender, had referrals for the inspections, and was able to answer any questions I had throughout the whole process. She even sat through the closing with me. I believed she has our best interests in mind when she pointed out good and bad details during house tours that we didnt know to look for. ZillowVERIFIED Amy did a great job working with us and helping up find an apartment in a timely manner. As new parents, we had certain accommodations that we were looking for and she made sure to check those boxes by showing us a variety of properties. We were provided with an abundance of properties to look through until we were able to find the right fit for us. She always responded to our messages and was never bothered by the many questions we had. When we were in the process of signing the lease she helped us every step of the way and made sure we were clear on all parts. When we are ready to purchase a home, we will certainly be contacting Amy and would suggest the same for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy Jo is the most dedicated realtor Ive ever worked with. She helped me find an apartment and sign the lease in one day, texting and calling the other realtor throughout the day to make it happen for me in that short length of time. Even after the lease was signed and I had the keys, she remained in contact for any questions that I had and is very quick to respond to calls and texts. I would recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to rent or buy property.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was a huge help in our apartment-hunting journey. My partner and I were moving to New Haven, CT from out of state, and went on a bunch of virtual tours with Amy, which helped narrow down our search and limit the number of times we had to make the trip down. She then met with us in person once we chose a few promising candidates. She really listened to what we were looking for, and was honest about the pros and cons of all the properties we looked at, allowing us to narrow down our search even from far away. She also went above and beyond for us, including going to pick up the property keys for us from the owner when we were late on move in day and effectively communicating concerns and questions to the property owners. I would definitely recommend her for the wide variety of properties she was able to show us, her knowledge of the area and local neighborhoods, and her committment to finding us a place we loved and making sure we had a good experience while on our search.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy did an outstanding job helping my husband and I with purchasing our first home! As first time homebuyers we werent exactly sure where to start and slightly weary of buying in this market. Amy was incredibly patient with us, constantly checking in and sending us locations that fit our criteria. She never let us get discouraged in our search and reassured us every step of the way. Amy was always available when we needed her, even going so far as scheduling viewings on our time as my husband and I both work long hours. We were always the first to view a new home to pop up and prepared with the facts before we even walked in the door. Amy was referred to us by our mortgage lender Ed Vescovi and now both have become such a huge part of our lives over the last few months we really are going to miss them! We are extremely indebted to both Ed and Amy for helping us secure the house of our dreams and all the effort they put in to get us there! We could not recommend this team more for all your real estate needs and wish them both a lifetime of success!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer, she was the perfect agent that helped me in the process. She is very knowledgeable about homes and what questions to ask when we visited many homes that I requested. There were many things to learn in the process and she was always available to respond by text or email when ever I didnt understand the language of homes ?? She provided suggestions when requested but allowed me to make decisions as what I really want and what is best for me and my family. And I enjoyed working with the team that I picked. I have been recommending her to many friends who are in the process on buying a home as well. The only thing I will suggest if it is permitted, will be to provide video and training on tips to potential home buyers. This could help in the process in learning more deeply about expectations for buying a home. But Amy was the best and we are so happy about the purchase she helped us with.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was wonderful to work with. As first time home buyers, my husband and I did not know exactly what we wanted in a house. Amy was patient and knowledgeable and very responsive which was important to us in this crazy market. She worked around our job schedules to make sure we had a chance to quickly see the houses we were most interested in. If there was ever anything Amy didnt know about the area she would make sure to find out for us, and we felt that she was truly honest with us about what she did know. What was also important to us was how fun Amy made the whole process. It would often times feel overwhelming when houses would ask for highest and best just hours after we saw it but Amy kept things light and reminded us that we would definitely find the house that was right for us, which we absolutely did. We highly recommend working with Amy to buy or sell your next home.
