ZillowVERIFIED The house was one we purchased, remodeled and listed to sale. Amy was excellent with listing , advertising on the house. She did every thing she could to try and sale the house. The location was not the best for selling. She would let me know there was interest but the people in the area would inquire for owner finance. We kept it listed for six months. she always said if we could get someone to come inside they would see the treasure there . At the time we listed the interest to puchase in the area was just not there. We finally just turned it into a rental. I would use her for any sales in the future.

She never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time, and I never felt rushed to make a decision-- even after we had looked at several homes. Once I found the right place, she negotiated with the seller- getting them to make improvements that I didn't even know I could ask for, all while securing a deal well under the list price. When I'm ready to sell my first home, I know that I'll use Amy to list it. And then we'll be home shopping again! I would not buy or sell another home without Amy involved.
