No matter what my objections were to a house, my first agent wanted me to write a contract because the market was hot. Amy was the exact opposite. She demonstrated that she cared more about spending her time to find me the right house than earning a commission. I liked her long-term philosophy of working with my high expectations, so that she could represent me in any future real estate transactions. After I purchased a house, Amy was there to help. Throughout her years of experience, she has put together a list of honorable contractors.
