ZillowVERIFIEDI found Amy very easy to work with. She listens to what you are looking for - what is most important to you. She was readily available to answer any questions and take me to see a new listing.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was patient yet persistent as it took us a couple years to find the right home. She was very good at showing us the right homes and narrowing the search plus finding homes that were new to the market which is very important. When it came time to close, she was efficient, effective and always available.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so grateful for Amy! We completed a sale and a purchase with Amy in 2023, and both were complicated for us. But Amy is so knowledgable and easy going that she kept the process from being too stressful both times. She knows so much about the areas we were focused on (Flagstaff and Prescott) and also introduced some other areas as good options that we hadn't considered. And best of all, Amy actually made the process fun both times. Whether you are buying or selling your home, or both, Amy Hitt is someone you can trust and really enjoy working with!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy did a great job with our purchase of our property. She made sure that we were informed on all steps of the process. She recommended service providers in our area for some of the changes we wanted to make to our property.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was amazingly patient during our house search. I sometimes felt sorry for her because our house search (for our summer house replacing the one we sold in WA) took quite a long time because Jerry needs an exceptional "entertaining and panoramic" water & mountain view that is comparable with that of our previous summer house in Washington and I need a dance floor; in addition to our basic need of great and safe neighborhood. Amy was always patient and kind, even encouraging me that we were not wasting her time. Almost every Saturday she made time for us and showed us properties that might be good for us. We also research on our own but her input and advice were crucial because Prescott was totally a new place for us. As a result of the extensive search, we purchased a wonderful town home as our summer house. We are so happy. My friends visit us and everyone loves our house. Thanks, Amy. We wouldn't have found a house like this without Amy. She is an amazing realtor!!

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was awesome to work with. Every time I asked her a question she responded quickly. She gave me suggestions for movers and a person to do tile work. We were happy with both her recommendations. She understood our needs since we were new to the area. On the day escrow closed, Amy even arrived an hour before we did in order to turn on the heater so we wouldn't walk into a freezing cold home. I highly recommend Amy as a trusted and thoughtful realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was so great to work with! She was patient with us and our kids while we house hunted. We didnt know which town or what type of property we wanted. Amy helped us narrow it down by showing us a variety of homes. Her calm demeanor helped make the home buying process enjoyable and stress free.

ZillowVERIFIED If you're looking for someone who will listen to your needs, dreams and financial situation - Amy's the person for you . I was looking for a home in another city and Amy was great about screening ones of interest to me, sending me additional pictures, and then pointing out the particular positives and negatives in terms of what I was looking for. This really narrowed down the number of homes I needed to drive to see. The one I bought (and am now enjoying immensely) was absolutely perfect and far better than anything I expected.
