Every phone call, text or email is returned quickly and challenges and details are resolved without delay. With Amy you are never wondering if or when she will get back with you because her response to any request is always prompt. Amy's work alongside the mortgage person she recommended enabled us to go from showing, to offer, to closing in 4 weeks!!! At one point in the process when Amy was not available due to an emergency, her husband Bill took over seamlessly until she was available again. Her knowledge of the area, condo regulations and laws, the intricacies of associations and all the paperwork and legalities that come with buying and selling was vast. She kept us updated and educated us throughout the entire process and responded positively to anything we asked.
