I have held my license since 2006. I truly enjoy helping my clients sell their homes and find them a new home! I enjoy making the process easier on them and handle all the background tasks that need to be done to get to the closing table. I also believe that being involved in the community where I live and work is very important and will benefit the entire community. I am a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois. I have the GRI designation, which is the Graduate Realtor Institute. I also have my ABR designation which is an Accredited Buyer Representative. In addition, I have obtained the SFR, short sale and foreclosure resource certification. I believe being trained in many areas is the best way to serve my clients. I also serve on the Board of Directors and am the past President of the Waterloo Chamber of Commerce and serve on many committees within the Chamber to help the community I live and work in. I am involved in Great Ladies of Waterloo. We have a holiday parade and community wide yard sale. We also have a scholarship for local students.
