ZillowVERIFIED Amy has been wonderful to work with from the very beginning. She is kind, caring, understanding, responsive, and true to her word. She helped us tremendously when we first rented the property and continued to treat our family with respect throughout our tenancy. Now that we have moved out, she handled everything fairly and returned our full security deposit after we took good care of the home. Her kindness and honesty really meant a lot to our family. I would gladly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about the people she works with. God bless you, Amy, and thank you for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED Moving is never easy, but Amy made the process of selling my house and finding our next home feel manageable. She was always available to answer my questions and provided calm, expert guidance when I had to make big decisions. For example, when an issue came up during the inspection, Amy didn't just report it, she already had a list of trusted contractors ready to help us resolve it quickly. I felt like we had a true advocate in our corner through every showing and inspection. If you want an agent who actually listens and puts your needs first, go with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was always professional and gave insightful advice about the Weehawken, West New York, and Union City neighborhoods we toured. She was very responsive and adapted to the different phases of my rental search (I started looking several months early). I thought I knew what I was looking for, but Amy showed me different areas of Weehawken I hadn't considered. In the end, we found a great apartment I wouldn't have even considered without Amy's expertise. She also helped with final lease negotiations and made the entire process go smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy is the best realtor cannot be compared to those other realtors I contacted before meeting her. First of all she is a people's person; caring, understanding, true to her word, humble, very good at what she does. The other realtors took days to reply but when I read the reviews people had written about how Amy had helped them, I send a message to her and she replied promptly. Within 30 minutes we met checked the property and she guided me all through within a day I got approved now I have the appartment. She went above and beyond. God bless her for the good heart.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy was a dream to work with! I contacted her to sell my condo in Hudson County. She has a great read on the market. We listed at solid price and thanks to her knowledge & amazing marketing skills, we received multiple offers within the first week and an half and closed at above ask! She took the time to review and explain each offer and detail pros and cons of each. I moved out of state and was unable to handle most things in person, Amy went above and beyond to help with duties well beyond that of any ordinary agent. I was able to close remotely and highly recommend her if you want a trusted, skilled, honest and consistent agent to get things done right.

Highly recommend Amy if you are moving from out-of-state especially since shes with you at every step of the way with virtual walk throughs. Definitely would go back to Amy if I have anymore rental and eventually buying needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Amy did an incredible job managing the purchase of my condo. Where Amy really separated herself from the pack was her post offer letter knowledge. All recommendations from lender to lawyer were spot on for a smooth closing, as well as the assistance managing the process of going from offer letter to closing. I was able to close within 30 days and it was the least stressful closing to date. Thank you Amy!

She was knowledgeable, transparent, always honest and most importantly never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or being a pain in her butt. ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend working with Amy! She helped me buy my first home in Hoboken and provided strategic guidance every step of the way. As a first time home buyer, the overall process was unknown & daunting. However, Amy clearly communicated what I needed to do at each step and what my options were. Her emails/texts were on point with all the details I needed & she was extremely responsive to my many questions. She also gave great recommendations for various services (e.g., inspection, lender), which were really helpful and saved me a lot of researching time. Amy is extremely organized and diligent. When parts of the process were moving slowly, she was quick to follow-up and keep us on track. Her local market expertise was invaluable; when it was time to make an offer, I felt really confident based on the data she had shared. Amy is also extremely professional, patient, listens well and goes out of her way for her clients. I am truly grateful to have worked with Amy!

We we're approved within less than 12 hours due to her effective and swift communication skills. She also relayed our questions that we had for the landlord immediately, where the landlord not only answered our questions, but addressed them within 48 hours of Amy showing us the property due to her productivity. ZillowVERIFIED Amy was incredible throughout the entire process! I cannot recommend her highly enough -- she found the listing I ended up falling in love with, advised me toward being the winning bid against 11 other offers (!) and managed a bumpy closing gracefully. ZillowVERIFIED Amy was so helpful and diligent in an exhausting process. She was upbeat, friendly and kind, never rushed us or made us feel like our needs were too much. Any request or question was met with a can-do attitude. Especially given that rentals don't make huge commissions, her level of care made us feel like million dollar buyers. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We are very comfortable recommending Amy. 1. She struck the perfect balance. She was the only realtor we interviewed that was responsive and knowledgeable, but without being overbearing or like many people who work on commission. 2. In addition to real estate experience, she has home renovation experienceaEUR"she and her husband have experience in the construction industry (as well as other industries). This was very helpful when discussing the potential costs and benefits of certain homes. 3. She made an otherwise stressful out-of-state house hunt manageable! She coordinated dozens of showings over the course of a SINGLE weekend, provided valuable referrals for renovations/repairs, coordinated with the lender, title company, lawyer, and even advised on logistics related to setting up utilities. Since the area was entirely foreign to us and we couldn't visit for more than a weekend, Amy's diligence was a game-changer! 4. She went above and beyond and was very organized. For example, she sent a calendar invite for every showing (including an address making it easy for out-of-towners to map the route at the touch of a button). She showed up on time to every showing with MLS and other relevant information in hand, and often made calls between back-to-back showings to deliver answers to odd questions that we raised at the prior showing. 5. She was trustworthy. Amy told us the truth, even when it meant that she could make less (or no) money from us. 6. Amy was outstandingly patient. We are a persnickety couple with lots of questionsaEUR"sometimes more than once. I imagine it could be draining to work with us, but Amy never showed any sign of fatigue.
