We chose Amy to market and sell our home based a number of factors. Amy clearly understood the market for our home including the profile of the buyer and the price level. My Sister and I met Amy at my mothers house on a very hot day this past July faced with the challenge of finding assisted living housing cleaning out three sheds a full basement and three attics that were full from 49 years of collecting along with repairs that needed to be completed needless to say we were overwhelmed Amy greeted us with warm friendly smile and was so sweet and complementary to my mother of her home and only sincerely saw the positives we could not see based on the tasks at hand she was very calming and reassuring We had hoped after cleaning out the house and holding a yard sale to put it on the market in September no such luck we had issues with the house trust holding us up for almost 4 months Amy once again was a true professional she never once pressured us she would touch base periodically not has and agent but more as a friend to see how we were doing After finally getting everything in order it was the weekend of Christmas Amy suggested we hold an open house I felt bad and didnt want to take her away from her personal time with her family she insisted saying it was not a problem so we went for it it was a huge success We received 6 offers and accepted an offer on Christmas Eve Amy was also amazing when it came to the closing she suggested and outstanding lawyer and saw to every detail it couldnt have gone smoother So If you are planning on selling or buying a house Amy Farrell is your Realtor she is Professional Kind Caring and Honest with only your best interest at heart I would use her again in heart beat and suggest her to anyone who asks me if know a great Realtor
