Our buying experience was a little different because we really were not in the market for buying, but a great opportunity presented itself, and we jumped on it. Amy was extremely patient and supportive and never once tried to push or force us into making a quick decision. One thing I didnt expect but is a nod to how Amy goes above and beyond is her countless different contacts. For example...we wanted a small fence removed in the backyard and even negotiated it into the contract, but to make sure it was done to my liking, she had someone in mind for the job that accomplished it quickly. She also recommended me a trustworthy handyman and even a cleaning service to freshen up the home before we moved in. I was immediately bombarded by agents who were happy to help. However, Amy definitely set herself apart. I explained to her that the house is absolutely perfect for us except that we wish we could move it and put it on a 1/2 acre! (the lot was too small for our tastes) Haha.
