I have been a successful, full-time RealtorA(R) serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts since 2005. My goal is to provide a more personal experience when working with buyers and sellers. A client should be working directly with the person they signed up to work with and while I offer a variety of partners that will help facilitate the process, you will work directly with me. If we work together, you will not be passed off to less experienced team members. Having worked with countless buyers and sellers, I have seen how incredibly unique each transaction is. That is why it is imperative that you choose someone who, not only, has the experience to get you through the process, but the talent that will also produce a great outcome. Each transaction will produce unique issues that will require targeted strategies, so whether it is how to position your offer to win a bid or how to lobby for your value when it comes time for appraisal, the list of tasks can be expansive, and no two transactions are the same. It is essential that you have a person with the right skill set working in your corner. I have received many awards during my two decade career including The Northern RI Board Platinum Award for production and top producer (individual) Keller Williams agent, but the two that have meant the most to me are The RI Monthly Professional Excellence Award and The Five Star Professional Award (for RI and MA) because both of these accolades are in recognition of superior service to the client. As someone who, personally, desires good service aside from just an accomplished goal in my own life, I look for honors like those because it indicates that that person is worth putting my trust in. Every industry is overwhelmed with choices and it's up to us to find trusted partners through proper research. Awards that highlight great service are a good place to start.
