As first-time homebuyers navigating a highly competitive home market in Yardley, we feel incredibly lucky to have had Amy and David Levine guiding and supporting us throughout the process. From the very beginning, communication was easy. They were flexible in their communication modality to align with our preferences and always got back to us in a timely fashion. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and then only highlighted properties that matched our requirements and wish list. During the home tours they pointed out things we never would have considered on our own, from differences in build materials and home layouts to slight nuances regarding the different neighborhoods in Yardley. They always made themselves available to help us, whether it was an after work evening walk through, a question on a weekend, or helping us in moving quickly to get an offer in. They offered valuable guidance in creating competitive but reasonable offers on the basis of each home. Finally their knowledge and insight into Yardley was incredible! Their deep personal network in Yardley keeps them aware of homes that would be coming to market and, simply put, they are among the best suited to guide anyone on a home purchase in Yardley. Our experience with Amy (and son David) was exceptional as a result of her knowledge, patience and experience - and we were slow house hunters with a lot of constraints. We began looking for a home in early 2022. Our search originated in areas where we love to bike along the Pennsylvania and New Jersey canals. Amy was patient while my spouse and I negotiated our different needs and desires, gently steering us to Yardley with its unexpectedly great restaurants and access to public transportation. She kept us away from homes in flood zones and alerted us each time she knew from her contacts that a house was soon to be listed. Amy helped us navigate bidding, closing, connecting utilities, and managing Borough rules. A great experience, and we ended up with the the home we were seeking in a very tight market.
