ZillowVERIFIED The Best There IS! Amy probably showed my husband and I 50 houses. She is very intuitive and was aware that I am trying to build a retirement through a new rental business. She would call or email me, sometimes before I even could find in on zillow. Her advise abut being a new landlord has been priceless. But the fact she does not try to up sell you, she respects your budget, and never makes you feel like your budget should be bigger, lol. We found the perfect rental through Amy. She listens to her clients goals and budget, and does not insert her assumptions. Not to mention and wonderful personality, and the patients of a saint. Id never use any other realtor.

When selling my home in Maryland, I went through 7 people before I found one who would meet my standards. Since I was still out of town, my poor son had to do my legwork in Pittsburgh, and he was having problems finding the right agent for the job as well. Then, along came Amy! Amy is the consummate professional and is passionate about her job, yet down to earth and a joy to work with. Through the extreme emotions of a real estate transaction, Amy remains constant. If youre frazzled, she is low key. If you get angry, shell talk you off the ledge. At the worst possible moment, shell make you laugh. Not only does Amy take care of you as a client, she cares about you as a person as well. Case in point; She knew I was at the bank making a wire transfer for the purchase of my home. I had to call her with a question, and her first words were, How did your doctors appointment go? Ill never forget that. Amy is the kind of person youd want to work with, the kind of person youd want to hang out with, the kind of person youd be proud to call a friend. I highly recommend Amy Comini for all of your real estate needs, and Id give her more than 5 stars if I could!

When we first met with Amy, for a few showing of some properties we knew she was someone we wanted to work with. She was honest, informative and definitely works for her clients. She went out of her way to negotiate all fine details of our purchase. She answered all of our questions quickly and updated us ASAP about anything of the property we were buying. My fiance and I both have pretty busy schedules, she so kindly met with us when we could and was understanding of our limited time. If you are a first time home buyer or not I highly recommend Amy!
