REALTOR
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy is an awesome realtor to work with. Out of all the realtors I approached, I had the best feeling about her and she did not disappoint. Her insights were very helpful when I was checking out homes. The data that she compiled, about the homes I was interested in, were very helpful. She also had valuable information about tax laws and the housing market in general. She is very responsive and will also double check all the information or documents you receive or need to send out. I also did not feel pressured, at any point, during the home buying process, to do anything. Excellent service, all around!
ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with Amy to both buy and sell my home. She is a local and knows the schools and areas personally. Amy is a solid negotiator and has excellent pricing strategies. She believes in being a team. Her level of personalized care is beyond compare. I will continue to work with Amy for all my real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDOh where to start?! I have been knowing Amy as she helped get my parents find there dream home a couple of years back. Although there was a bit of language barrier, she didn?t let that stop her and helped them out every way possible. She listened to there needs and was able to get that and more. The sale process was super easy and as she guided my parents every step of the way. Amy is HONEST,UNDERSTANDABLE and PATIENT. Since she made the process so easy for them there was no one else we rather go to than her. My husband and I are working full time jobs with conflicting schedules and she always made that extra time for us. We couldn?t be more thankful that she found our dream home!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmy helped us find a wonderful house while coordinating with multiple family memers in different cities. She was patient, thoughtful, and thorough in guiding us through the process. I recommend her highly.
ZillowVERIFIEDBeing a first time home buyer in a market filled with so many options can be overwhelming a scary. But thanks to Amy, our first time buying expierence was smooth an easy. There is no one out there that cared more about my family then Amy did. She was amazing and her effort she put in to my family was amazing! She was always available and I never had trouble getting a hold of her. She gave us an honest opinion on everything, and her knowledge on porpeties, and negotiating prices is top of the line. She always explained in full every detail, and I never once felt taken advantage of. I highly recommend Amy, her didecation in finding us a good home will not be matched by any other agent. I recommend everyone I know looking for a house to Amy. She truly is a blessing.
