Amy and her team were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful through the entire process since we had no clue what we were doing! They met us every time we requested and made it very convenient to meet our schedules, and if they couldn't they made sure someone was there that could! Responsiveness is key for me since I'm such an impatient person and I love that they always answered their phone/email 24-7! I could even text and they would always respond quickly which I absolutely loved and even on the weekends! We went back and forth with the sellers a few times and she made it quick and easy for our requests to be brought to attention. I had even worked with a different agent before Amy and it just didn't work out for many reasons and I'm so glad I found them next! I would definitely recommend Amy Clarkson and her team to anyone who is looking to buy a new home. They rock!

ZillowVERIFIED The first time I met Amy Clarkson, she knocked on my door about ten minutes after I laid down with my babies for a much needed nap, and I think I wanted to strangle her! She told me that she was a new real estate agent, and encouraged us to contact her if we ever decided to sell our home. We were far from being ready to sell at the moment, and I grumpily thanked her and sent her on her way.Fast forward another year, and I had just found the PERFECT home for our family. I can be quite picky when it comes to the details I look for in a home, and I knew that another place like this one might not come along again for a very long while. I needed this home, and that meant that I need our current home gone....NOW! My husband and I quickly realized that going the "for sale by owner" route was a bad idea. With four kids and two full-time jobs, there was no way we could accommodate the time consuming process of showcasing our home to potential buyers. On top of that, neither of us felt that we possessed the knowledge necessary to navigate the fine print of a real estate contract. The last thing we wanted to do was lose money. The question of finding an agent was an easy one to solve. If we were going to pay for an agent, we wanted someone who was assertive, committed, and aggressive. Someone out knocking on doors, waking up babies! Amy came over right away and had our home up on the market and broadcast to the world wide web within a few day's time. She had suggested we price our home a few thousand less than I had hoped for (I can do a LOT with three thousand dollars), but she knew we needed to move fast if I was going to land the home of our dreams, and that meant having an edge over our competition. It worked! We had offers pouring in the very first week. By the second week, we had already entered into a contract to sell. When that deal fell through due to some unexpected financing issues on behalf of the buyer, Amy quickly contacted our "backup offers" and somehow managed to get us even more money out of the second deal...and all within the same week!Overall, the decision to use Amy as an agent got us exactly what we wanted. She helped us navigate the purchase of the new home I was fixated on, and the unloading of the old home was quick and painless. She was always there to answer our calls at anytime, day or night. She even talked me off the ledge a couple of times when the mortgage process had me in tears! If you are thinking of selling your home, I would highly recommend contacting Amy to see what she can do for you. I promise, you will be happy with the end result!
