As a first-time home owner I was very worried about the process of buying a house because I had heard so many overwhelming stories. Wendy made the process pretty much hassle free!! With all of her experience, dedication, and determination, I was able to close on my first house in about a month! It seemed as though she never stopped working due to how on top of things she was. She has many connections with amazing and dedicated people just like herself. It has been about a month now since I have moved in and she still reaches out to see how things are going and I have been able to reach out to her with any questions! She is honest and caring and makes sure the process is as easy as can be.

She made thoughtful suggestions for working through the process and encouraged us to try different ways to stand out in a very competitive market. She was incredibly responsive to text and phone calls on weekends and evenings which was very helpful for those of us working full time and trying to find a house. ZillowVERIFIED Beau was amazing through the entire process of finding my home. I actually never would have found it if it wasn?t for him! I overlooked it at first because it didn?t check ALL of my boxes. But as a first time homebuyer, I realized nothing will ever be PERFECT. He helped open my eyes to something different and now I have a beautiful home! During the process, I barely had to lift a finger. If I had a question, he was prompt at getting me an answer and making sure I understood everything that was happening the whole time. He was constantly making sure I was comfortable at each step moving forward. Beau may newer to the game than some, but I can assure you that is not a disadvantage! If anything, it just made him more attentive and focused on his clients like myself. Which was very refreshing to feel like you matter and are not just another ?client?. I would a million% recommend Beau. He will take the time to make sure you find your perfect home!

ZillowVERIFIED David was recommended to us through a mutual friend and we are so happy with our experience! We are first-time home buyers and were looking for a home about an hour away from where he usually does business. He was willing to meet us at any hour to visit a potential home, and sometimes more than one in a day. David knew all the right questions to ask the seller-questions we would not have thought to ask, and made the process smooth. He made sure to check all the appliances, roof, lights, etc., during the walkthroughs. He has the expertise and experience you need to purchase a home with ease, and I must add that this process occurred during a global pandemic (covid) AND a state disaster (fires). Also, David is excellent at negotiating! We were able to purchase our first home starting with 30k in equity! We were able to text or call him whenever we had questions, and we had many!
