Wendy is a phenomenal Realtor to work with! I stumbled upon her at a random open house and after about 5 minutes of conversating, she new exactly what I was looking for in a house. As a first-time home owner I was very worried about the process of buying a house because I had heard so many overwhelming stories. Wendy made the process pretty much hassle free!! With all of her experience, dedication, and determination, I was able to close on my first house in about a month! It seemed as though she never stopped working due to how on top of things she was. She has many connections with amazing and dedicated people just like herself. It has been about a month now since I have moved in and she still reaches out to see how things are going and I have been able to reach out to her with any questions! She is honest and caring and makes sure the process is as easy as can be.

I CANNOT describe how amazing Amy Clark is! Only because she is indescribable with the amount of knowledge she has in buying and selling homes! Every day was a new adventure with her in house hunting. I loved it! Her charisma and fortitude was fabulously, perfect in helping me find my little suburban oasis! Basically people, she knows her sh*t and will find you not only what you need but will most likely get you a darn good deal as well! I recommend her to everyone I know and don?t know, pretty much every day. I will TOTALLY use her again if I ever decide to sell my little piece of heaven on earth. Thanks to Beau and the team at BrightHome for making this experience easy and memorable. I?ll admit that I didn?t know much about the home buying process but Beau was so great to walk me through it. Rosa was an absolute joy to work with! The Spring 2021 markt is insane but Rosa helped us stay positive in a very rough home-buying climate. She made thoughtful suggestions for working through the process and encouraged us to try different ways to stand out in a very competitive market. She was incredibly responsive to text and phone calls on weekends and evenings which was very helpful for those of us working full time and trying to find a house. She notified us of each step in the process and helped with closing and inspection scheduling. Rosa is a true professional and very nice person! I want to adopt her.
