She was quick to send a list of houses that I could look at to determine the right one . She also was available. for me in case I had questions that I needed answers to about any particular house. Amy was available to meet and tour any locations I was interested in and made it workable for me. She also advocated for me in asking the seller to compromise any repairs that I asked to be fixed before the closing. We never expected 15 showings with 8 offers the first day!! It was a smooth sailing from from listing to closing. Amy is wonderful to work with. ZillowVERIFIED Amy & I initially met via phone a year ago and I wasnt quite ready! She followed up w/me throughout the year so when I became ready I contacted her. During the process she informed what would be needed from me to expedite the process when we found a home we liked. She was very knowledgeable and personable and was readily available anytime we wanted to see a property and if she was busy with another client she ensured her husband was there to assist us (Dallas Brown) she was very responsive to any questions/concerns, she learned what we were looking for as far as square footage, # of BR/BTH, the areas, she wouldnt allow us to overbid just to find a house and she wouldnt allow us to settle for anything or give up when we discouraged during the process. We respected her opinion regarding properties viewed. She really had our best interest during the process and not just trying to get a sale!
