Prior to that I was a loan officer, which gives me the extra advantage of knowing various angles of the real estate transaction. I strive to go above and beyond to exceed my clients' expectations. I believe my personal attention and dedication to my clients is one of my best attributes and what sets me apart from other real estate agents.I am also the recipient of sales awards from the West Maricopa County Association of Realtors, which is given to top selling agents in our field. I consistently rank in the top 1% of sales for my brokerage & am a Lifetime Award recipient from Wemar for the Presidents Roundtable Sales Awards. I focus greatly on customer service & relationship building with my clients. I have also earned the Military Relocation Professional designation (MRP) from the National Association of Realtors, the e-PRO designation, the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation & I am also a GRI, which is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. I believe that education & experience are key aspects for an agent to hold to be able to provide a stellar client transaction experience.
