ZillowVERIFIED Amy is an amazing realtor. She sold my house in one day for far more than I expected in price. After the home inspection, an area of the wood flooring was in dispute during negotiations. I was out of town for two weeks during this dispute. Amy was burdened with scheduling contractors, inspectors and buyer walk-throughs at the house since I was not there. She works with a broad base of resources in the business community that she calls on for help with inspections and repairs if need be. Her team did an outstanding job during the ongoing repair dispute and ultimately closed the deal with extremely minimal financial output on my end. Amy was very responsive to my every need. She listened and understood my concerns when I almost refused the buyers repair requests due to their assumptions about a problem that did not exist. Although she was as frustrated as I was about the buyers incessant demands, she was able to prove their assumptions were wrong and eventually calm their biggest fear about a possible broken pipe under the floor that didnt exist. Amy and her team put twice the time and effort into the selling my home than the normal process. Everyone that works on Amys team is super professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better realtor to suit my needs. Amy, Kim and even Amys husband Joe had a hand in the timely scheduling, repairs and contractors accessibility into my home. We decided to move to Hilton Head from Charlotte, NC and were not familiar with the market nor the inventory on the island. Fortunately I ran across Amy's contact info as the selling agent on a property I wanted to visit, and I knew immediately after I met her that I wanted her to become our buying agent. It was clear from the beginning of our process that Amy and her team were obvious experts in the real estate market on HHI, and Amy spent a great deal of time listening to our priorities and budget to help us narrow down our selection. Amy showed us a variety of properties meeting our "top 10" criteria and provided us with a wealth of guidance regarding best options for the cost, location, and amenities. She also was extremely supportive and helpful during our offer negotiation process. Most importantly, Amy was kind, genuine, and fun to work with on our home shopping endeavor! :-) Her warm personality made me feel absolutely comfortable sharing our thoughts and feelings about the homes we visited.
