It just wasn't going to happen at the price we needed. I appreciated the fact that she didn't feed me a line of ..... you get the point. We took her advice and did the things that needed to be done. When the market came back around we were ready. We called her and she had the house sold on the first day. She genuinely cares about her clients. We were so excited that they accepted our offer....now to sell our existing home! I know that's not how you're supposed to do it, but I had all the confidence in the world that Amy would sell our house fast. And, she did - in four days! This was the easiest process I've been through and I'm confident it was because of Amy. She's worked with many of the realtors in the area and has a relationship with them of being fair and just which is why I think things went so smoothly.She's very knowledgeable about trends in the community and has excellent negotiation skills all to your benefit! Our process involved selling two homes and finding us a new one all within the same time frame and all of this was accomplished within our deadlines. We didn't have the expectations for both homes to sell so quickly Literally within less then two weeks two home were sold! She worked so hard with making sure everyone's needs were met from inspections, negotiations and everything! When showing homes she was very helpful in showing us pros and cons of properties to make sure we truly knew everything about the houses and if there was a question we needed answered and she didn't have the answer she would quickly find the answer to the questions we had ( and trust us we had lots of them) Using Amy was one of the best decisions we could of made and would recommend her to anyone looking for a relator.

ZillowVERIFIED Mandy Jones, who is on the Amy Arndorfer team, was the best. She took the time to listen to what we wanted, found houses that fit that criteria, then showed us. We found our home on the first day of looking, Mandy wrote up the offer and submitted it ASAP. She was so professional and prompt. As soon as she found out information, she let us know. We were never hanging in the dark. She is a true advocate for who she is working for. The Seller's agent was not that good at communicating, but Mandy made sure that even that issue arose, we wouldn't have to push back our closing date. From the date she showed us the house to the date we closed, it was 25 days. I would recommend her to everyone.

Amy got with my wife and I . She had our house out on the internet, where people could see it. We messed around with the other realtor for almost a year. Amy came in and saw what we had. She gave us some ideas and our house was sold in 3 to 4 months. Amy has never stopped helping us. Se also helped my daughter buy a home in Independence. Very Good Person to work with.

She was very patient with us as mine and my husbands idea of our first home were completely different. She never got frustrated when we asked to see the same home numerous times always just responded what time would you like to meet me there and was always there waiting on us with a smile. Never once made us feel preasured just let us make our own decisions and we loved that as you know how some sales people can be. Also very knowledgeable about the area we were wanting to buy in and programs available to us in making this process as easy as possible. And one last thing ill mention we loved about her is even after we picked the home we wanted and it was all turned over to the bank she continued to keep in contact making sure everything was going ok and telling us everything was going to work out when sometimes it seemed different.
