Amy delivered once again. She stayed the course in a tough sellers market, guided us through our first home sale, and flexed a few novel strategies to draw prospective buyers (and their agents) to our home. We relied on Amy in 2021 when we bought this houseaEUR"our first homeaEUR"so we knew it would be necessary and somewhat poetic for her to represent us as we fulfilled our aspiration of moving out of state. Amy took note of our motivations during her initial consultation as a Selling agent; and she noted the matters we needed to address to facilitate our move. She checked in on these points at various times in the selling process to ensure nothing would interfere with her primary mission of selling our home. She demonstrated, yet again, a holistic and compassionate approach to representing us. Amy maintained a fierce resolve and trenchant spirit in the face of a difficult market. She creatively executed various methods of marketing our house, promptly followed up with prospective buyers and their agents, and patiently fielded our requests (and concerns) with discernment. I cant believe we found Amy on Zillow. She is truly a gem. She was beyond amazing and assisted us with purchasing our first beautiful home in Roswell, Ga.
