Being that I live on the other side of the country and have children, I didnt have a lot of time to handle everything associated with selling multiple properties on the other side of the country. A realtor contact in Georgia recommended Ammon, so we met with him and three others on the same day. And boy did we present some challenges to Ammon and his team. Every single property required something different. Some had to be completely emptied, some required landscaping, and some required his team to carefully navigate rental properties. Ammon and his team had fabulous contacts and resources that were also extremely competitive. They honestly made a very very complicated process look and feel like a breeze, especially since we were in Georgia the whole time. So much so, that fast forward several months and we have another piece of property we would like sell, and we didnt even think to go anywhere else besides Ammon. When buying my new home, he worked tirelessly to find me EXACTLY what I wanted. He knows the Las Vegas and Henderson area well. I explained to him everything I was looking for in a home. He was able to give me insight to every neighborhood we looked at. I trusted him entirely to be the viewer of the forest when I was stuck on the trees. When we found the perfect house, he was able to negotiate very well on my behalf, and I ended paying less than asking. He made the buying experience fun, and I always felt like I had the best team on my side. For years that home was my paradise. It had a gorgeous pool, huge back yard, and a big shade tree in front. He helped my find my little paradise home in paradise, Las Vegas. Fast forward to 2020, as soon as the idea settled in my mind, I called Ammon without hesitation. I was so happy and comfortable with my buying experience, I asked him to help me sell. He responded immediately and was ready with his team as soon as I said aEURoeGoaEUR?. His entire team was professional and friendly. He made sure I was comfortable with every step we took. He was in constant communication with me which removed all stress. ZillowVERIFIED Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the experience they have into selling our home (time and effort). Ammon stood out as the best Las Vegas/Henderson has to offer: His social media presence was strong, and I could tell he put a lot of work into promoting our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how the market is, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located in a gated community would be tough to sell. Ammon made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.We are blessed to have worked with him and we recommend his service and professionalism to any of our family and friends!
