ZillowVERIFIED Amishi rose to the occasion when needed. I had a last minute change of realtor as my original realtor proceeded on vacation. Amishi jumped right in and took over the transaction completely. She is very easy to connect with and understands the needs of the buyers and the seller very well. She is a great coordinator of activities between both parties. I sincerely appreciate her efforts and wish her best of everything always! Pls note - in negotiation skills I gave a 3 because she did not have it as part of her job so I cannot comment. I am sure she would have dealt with it exceptionally if that was included in the ask!

ZillowVERIFIED After meeting with a few realtors and went with Amishi because she is very personable and came fully prepared with her research even for the initial consult. We moved out state and had to do everything remotely and she absolutely handled everything for us, didnt have to make single trip back for any of the steps. Shes very knowledgeable and offered her expert advice as if it was her house being sold. She absolutely went above and beyond than what we had expected and I think its only because of amishi this process went so smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. Selling a home is big and difficult process and you need someone you can really trust and amishi was that person for us. I would highly recommend her if you want stress free experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Amishi took the time to answer all of my questions and to basically hold my hand through the very long and trying process (the buyers were very difficult and canceled the closing three times). Amishi did a lot of work on this case. She made many phone calls and sent many emails in her attempt to determine what the problem was, and to resolve issues as they came up. My lawyer could not be bothered doing any of this, so I don't know where I would have been without Amishi. Thank you again Amishi!

'Let's call Amishi' was our first thought and action at almost every step of the home buying process. And thankfully enough, every time, even though I might have asked it earlier, every time Amishi would meticulously explain the details. Like clockwork, she rigorously followed up with multiple entities/personnel at every step and kept us well informed of where we are in the process and what is going on in the background. We are extremely satisfied with her professional performance and sincerely thankful for her patient and understanding approach as a person. Home buying is not something one does frequently and now when we look back at it, we are very happy with our experience working with Amishi.
