ZillowVERIFIED Amin Delawalla and his team were terrific. When I compared other real estate agents in my area and neighborhood, hands down, there was no better or more professional team. He and his team not only sold multiple houses in my neighborhood, but also was one of the only agents I found that had any sales, and he had a lot of them. Most agents had no or minimal sales in the last few years and most seemed better at helping buy homes than helping in selling them. Amin had great numbers of both bought properties but also sold properties as well. When selling your home, you want someone who will see the positives about your home and reach to get you a good price for your home, not someone who sees just the issues with your home and why you wont get what youre hoping for your home. It's always a bit scary selling a house, but Amin and team put us more at ease with the great work and communications throughout. Their positive attitude, extended clientele list, and strong selling abilities made the home selling process very smooth for us.
