ZillowVERIFIED I just closed on my condo 01/17/20. Ambyr went above and beyond what she was supposed to do as a real estate agent. It was a very hard stressful closing I never thought that I would get it done but I can tell you Ambyr . was there throughout this entire experience with me. She never gave up and it will tell you as a real estate agent she would wait and beyond what a real estate agent is supposed to do if it wasn?t for Ambyr I promise you I would?ve probably given up. And she can tell you it was probably one of the hardest closings she or anyone mortgage broker the attorney I had ever experienced. Without a doubt hundred percent recommend her if you want to buy home or even sell a home no doubt you better call Ambyr. She was the one who kept me Positive when I wanted to cry. She always promised me I was going to get it she never had a doubt. Ambyr . is all I can say is thank you from the bottom my heart.

ZillowVERIFIED I am grateful for the exemplary service Amber provided and strongly recommend her. She was highly professional and attentive to my needs throughout the buying process. Ambyr listened to and responded to my needs in a way previous agents tried didnt. We found a home that exceeded my dreams for a price less way less than anticipated. She looked after and protected my interests throughout the process despite more than a few challenges. The gratitude I feel for Ambyrs support remains more than 2 more after the completion of the sales.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Amber Lobins was perfect. From the first meeting through the purchase of our wonderful home, Ambyr was consistently professional, available and great to work with. Our large family required must have features that were difficult to find in our price range, but Ambyr Lobins found exactly what we needed. We were kept informed of the whole process from start to finish and were provided guidance and expertise with choosing a neighborhood that fits our lifestyle. We highly recommend Ambyr Lobins to our family, friends, and anyone looking to purchase the perfect home in the Myrtle Beach area.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely the best realtor I've ever worked with. Very caring, and on top of the buying and selling processes. Keeps you informed and guides you through everything, beginning to end. Hopefully, I'm in my final home, but if I ever needed a realtor, she'd be my first choice.
