ZillowVERIFIED First off, my wife and I live in Texas so prearranging a time for Amber to meet with us was incredibly easy. When we arrived in St. Augustine, Amber was there with a beautiful smile to greet us. Amber is simply the absolute professional. Amber spent two full, and I mean full, days two with us old people trying to find a home in the St. Augustine area. Amber was well prepared with properties to see. Although after visiting 20+ properties, and preparing to return home to Texas, Amber didn't stop. She called us and stated a new property came on the market. Without us seeing the property in person, we trusted Amber, (that's right after just two days of knowing her, we knew she had our best interests at heart and knew what we were looking for in a property). Amber visited the property, sent us a video of the house inside and out that she made, and answered questions for us. Needless to say, we purchased a home we have never stepped foot in because of Amber's knowledge of the community, understanding our needs, and willingness to be flexible.
