The home itself had an issue we negotiated over and she kept me informed through the process. We also had a minor issue with the seller listing only one parcel on the property which actually included four - a mistake the title company caught soon after our contract was executed, so catching that earlier before signing would have saved some extra time and work in an addendum - again, a seller's mistake that we missed at first. The seller also needed a bit extra time to prepare their title. She made it a smooth process.
