ZillowVERIFIEDAmber required us to sign an exclusive buyer agreement for the address shown and explained that we must sign. Ohio Department of Commerce page on HB 466 indicates it can be non-exclusive. You can also view the house with the listing agent. Their terms were 3.5% of purchase price or minimum of $4000. We were told to do our own research.
ZillowVERIFIEDJust recently bought an home in Warren with the help of Amber. She is very quick to respond, knowledgeable, easy going, and very sweet. Will recommend her to anyone in the market buying or selling a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmber was just absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions. She always went above and beyond with everything and made the process soooo easy. Highly recommend and will not work with anyone else!
ZillowVERIFIEDI bought a single family home in March 2026 with Amber. It is my tenth home purchase. She was very responsive and quick to act for the showing. The home itself had an issue we negotiated over and she kept me informed through the process. We also had a minor issue with the seller listing only one parcel on the property which actually included four - a mistake the title company caught soon after our contract was executed, so catching that earlier before signing would have saved some extra time and work in an addendum - again, a seller's mistake that we missed at first. The seller also needed a bit extra time to prepare their title. She made it a smooth process.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmber was an absolute pleasure to work with and so very helpful every step of the way! I highly recommend her. She was very easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule and readily available to show me houses quickly which is helpful when the good ones a selling so fast.
