We had a number of obstacles that we came across, she always immediately jumped in to help resolve them! We ran into a mold issue and got an inspection done for it. We were looking to have an expense of 5k or more. She heard this, she immediately contacted another company she had previously dealt with and ended up getting the job done at less than 1/4 the cost we were looking at!!! With all the certifications and documentation needed. Her knowledge and dedication are phenomenal!! We highly recommend Amber for all your realtor needs!! Amber really knew what she was talking about and if I ever had any questions she was able to answer them for me politely and in a timely manner (unlike my lender. Oh boy he made me angry). She was available at all hours of the day and night. The night before closing docs were to be signed I had a question about my closing disclosure and my lender wouldnt get back to me for hours. I was legitimately freaking out. But then I texted Amber and she ended up called me and talking to me around midnight on a weeknight (bless her) and put my mind at ease when my lender was doing quite the opposite. Amber is very personable and easy to relate to and extremely easy to get along with, to the point where I wish I would have known her longer and been friends!
