1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Patience is sometimes key to avoiding frustration in this fast paced sellers market! The best starting point to save yourself time and the heartbreak of losing out on a home you fall in love with is to get in touch with a local lender and have your pre-approval ready. I will guide you every step of the way! With the right agent and team of professionals the buying process should be fairly stress-free, seamless and exciting for all.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Neutralize and declutter. Try to accommodate as many showings as possible. That is your main job!
Proper exposure, marketing and attaining a knowledgeable, committed and personable agent is of the utmost importance! From professional photos for your buyers "first-showing", to a captivating listing description that "walks" prospective buyers through the home, to holding successful & purposeful open houses properly; these key actions will help sell your property in the quickest amount of time for the most money the real estate market will allow. Vetting buyers is also very important prior to accepting your offers. You let me handle all of this and take the stress off your plate! I'll see you at closing.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
First time buyers and sellers, experienced buyers and sellers, Veteran clients, investors, self-employed/business owners, divorces, credit limited/challenged buyers, estates & trusts, multi-families, relocations and more!
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
An estate transaction where there was a title issue that my diligence as sellers agent helped move along as quickly as possible. This was a challenging transaction due to not only the title issues at hand but the sellers attachment to the family home. Happy and sad tears were shared by all at the closing table. I was very grateful to be the agent that was able to make an emotionally tough time smoother and easier for my clients. One of the most fulfilling parts of my job is seeing the joy I can bring others!
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have always had a passion for customer service, communication and sales. After over a decade of experience in job positions that entailed all of these skills, I chose to put my passions into a field I believed would be more fulfilling and flexible for family time and got licensed in Real Estate. I believed I would thoroughly enjoy running my own business as I am a self-starter, as well as a very disciplined and goal oriented individual. I have loved every moment in Real Estate helping my clients and building my business, have been extremely successful and have never looked back since!
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have multiple hours of Legal and Continued Education in Real Estate training. I have successfully completed Business, Sociology and Psychology courses at Lansing Community College. I have had training in Customer Service Excellence. I have also excelled in many courses in Advertising & Marketing, specializing in Social Media Advertising.

Amber was an excellent realtor who guided us through the sale of our first home. We interviewed multiple realtors before making our decision and we chose Amber because she seemed like understood the type of home we were trying to sell and was ready to work to make it happen.
