ZillowVERIFIED I give Amber a 5-star rating! Amber was everything we were looking for in a realtor. Her work emphasizes her advocacy for you and your future home! She cares for and takes into account all of your concerns and details you are looking for. With my FiancA(C) and Is busy works schedules, we thought it would be difficult to find time to get to showings. But Amber gets the job done! She was so extremely flexible and accommodating with our schedules, and was more than willing to sacrifice her time to work with us which we were extremely grateful for! Amber is very efficient, hardworking, and is super well educated in her expertise. Her communication was quick and easy. Not only was she an amazing realtor, but an amazing person as well! Amber was very friendly, personable and kind. She made us feel extremely comfortable to express any pros and cons we had when house hunting. I would absolutely choose to work with Amber as my realtor again! Thank you Amber!

ZillowVERIFIED Amber was an excellent realtor who guided us through the sale of our first home. We interviewed multiple realtors before making our decision and we chose Amber because she seemed like understood the type of home we were trying to sell and was ready to work to make it happen. She sold our home at the very top of its price range, helped us find people to make repairs, gave good advice about what to focus on for staging and touchups, and was very communicative and accessible. Our home was small and likely not a big paycheck for her, but we felt she worked as hard as if it was a multi-million dollar property. We truly believe she got the best deal for us and really helped the process go smooth, we would absolutely choose her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Amber was a great realtor to work with. From our first conversation she proved that she was a professional and an expert on the local area. When it came to working with the sellers and the loan officer she was consistent and thoughtful, helping ensure we had a great deal as we moved towards closing. We would use Amber again in the future. I recommend anyone coming to the Lansing area to give Amber the chance to earn your business.

ZillowVERIFIED Amber was amazing! She knew everything there was to know about this process. This was not a conventional sale and included multiple parcels of land with property that was not on the market. We really couldnt have done it without her expertise and negotiation skills!! We would recommend Amber to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy or sell their house. Thanks Amber!!

ZillowVERIFIED As repeat customers of Amber Redman, we already knew she was going to take excellent care of us! She?s always been quick to respond, treats us like we?re her only clients by being there for us every time we needed her, and giving us the best advice on how we can get top dollar on our property! As fairly new rental property owners, we needed cash to purchase more homes. Amber was able to get us enough cash in hand to purchase up to 3 more rental properties and even put some attention back into our primary residence. We look forward to shopping for more rental properties with Amber really soon. Thank you Amber!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed three realtors in preparing to market our farm home. We knew we had a unique property on water and we needed a special expert to get it to the right person. We selected Amber. it was no mistake. She was right on the market value, we got our asking offer and she followed through on every detail through closing. Her marketing superb. I recommend her to you.

ZillowVERIFIED Before we signed with Amber, I asked her why we should pay her "all that commission money". When we closed I reminded her of my original question and told her I felt she had earned every bit of her commission. I was especially impressed with her patience with all my questions and her immediate responses. She is very honest and forthright with her dealings and answers. I felt we could trust her judgement in all aspects of selling our home. We followed all her advice which led to a great conclusion! I have already recommended her to several other people.

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning of the home buying process to closing on our new home we knew that we had an unbelievable teammate in Amber. Buying a home can offer many different challenges along the way. Every challenge we faced we never faced alone. Amber was there offering clear and concise communication that never left us guessing on where we stood in any situation. She was able to negotiate in our best interests as buyers in a time when that is very difficult. She worked to not only to sell our home in a very timely fashion, but deliver on her promise and help us buy our forever home. I would recommend working with Amber for your next home purchase. In my experience her service could not be matched.

ZillowVERIFIED Amber was able to find a great home within my budget for my family and I despite the market. She knows the local areas well, and was very helpful with details that I was unaware of. Amber also put me in touch with a mortgage broker that was able to secure a better loan than my bank. In the future I will refer any friends and family to Ms. Swint.
