ZillowWhen I first contacted Amber, I was only looking for more information about the home-buying process. Buying a house seemed so overwhelming, and I needed someone who could answer my many questions. After our first conversation, I gained a ton of knowledge. Amber quickly impressed me with her vast knowledge of the real estate world. Her patience was remarkable as a series of questions were thrown her way. What I appreciated the most from our chat was Ambers ability to explain everything in a way that I could understand. She never made me feel incompetent because I was coming into this process with very little knowledge. I knew from that day that I was right to reach out to her. I decided that I would start to look at houses. Amber was quickly able to schedule a few home tours. During this process, we toured a bunch of houses, and each time Amber was able to point out all the features the homes provided and things that were missing or might be a concern. Without Amber there, I definitely would have missed some key things. She made sure I considered a number of factors before finally making a decision. Amber fulfilled all of her duties and responsibilities as my agent. The issue that came up a few times was getting approved by a lender. Three different lenders were unable to move forward with my application because of concerns regarding my income. I really thought that I would not be able to buy a home. The approval process became stressful, and I was ready to give up. Amber kept encouraging me the entire time. She told me that I would get approved and I just needed to be patient. She was right! Amber connected me with a lender who was able to work with my unique situation. Amber turned my dream into a reality! I was ecstatic when I received the news that my loan was approved. I could not have thanked Amber enough for sticking with me during this process. I appreciated her patience dealing with my ups and downs. After the closing date, Amber made herself available to answer any questions. As a first-time homebuyer, it was refreshing. Thank you, Amber! I appreciate your hard work and dedication. Thank you for always being there for me! Thank you for always being punctual and having a positive attitude! Thank you for always having faith that things would work out! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and person! You are greatly appreciated! I wouldnt want to navigate the real estate world with anyone else! If you are looking to buy or sell a home, Amber Ortega is the right person for the job! Hire her immediately!
ZillowAmber has been very helpful with buying my very first home!!! She was very responsive and very quick to respond. She took care of anything that needed taken care of throughout the process. She was there for any question I had (Even made Tik Toks to make sure I understood everything in details, go check her tik toks out). She made sure I got the best deal. I called her up and asked her to come look at this house and she dropped what she was doing and came to look at it with me (even when it was 40 minutes away). She was there for every inspection when i couldnt be due to work. She is a very trustworthy realtor and friend. Thank you for everything youve done to get me into my little home so quickly. You rock!!!
ZillowAmber was with us every step of the way and she knew exactly what needed to be done! I couldnt have asked for a better when to work with! She was respectful, encouraging, knowledgeable, and she helped our dream come true!! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy! Thank you Amber for everything!
ZillowAmber helped me, and my siblings sell a house left to us. Shes very quick at responding and very professional. Amber got our house sold within 2 days of putting it on the market. We had extraordinary circumstances, and she handled the situation with care and was by our sides till the day of signing. Without Amber being our realtor, we would not have got the house sold. Shes a rockstar in my book and deserves realtor of the year!! I'm forever grateful for her. Thank you Amber Ortega
ZillowAmber was amazing, efficient, and tenacious throughout the entire process of selling my house! She worked with me to find all manner of repair services and navigated the solar pieces of the transaction smoothly. I am so grateful to her and her team for the work they did and how assured I felt throughout the process. She is already working on my next real estate effort. Thank you Amber!!
ZillowI just wanted to thank Amber Ortega with all my heart. This woman worked so hard to help me find a home with my picky taste. She always had suggestions and good advice for me. Any question I had, she always had an answer and if she didn't know, she would always find out. This woman was always ready to go with me to see a house even at the most random times. One thing I really loved about her was she wasn't just trying to sell me a house just to sell it, if something didn't seem right to her, she would tell me and we would discuss houses we saw. She had very good points and just knew what I was looking for. If she saw something I might like, she would send me the link. If I could recommend her to everyone and anyone I would! The best part is her partner was my lender, so they worked very fast. Me being impatient, they had answers for me right away every time. I will forever be thankful to Amber and I hope anyone thinking of buying a home sees my review and puts their trust in her how I did. She definitely is the best !

ZillowI contacted Amber completely clue less about the process I needed to go through to buy a home. She gave me all the information I needed, set me up with people that could help on the loan side and helped me set some goals to actually make buying a home possible. After about 6 months of fixing my credit and saving extra money, we began the home search. The catch here is that I was working in another state. She went above and beyond to get video walkthroughs of several houses I was interested in seeing. I am now a homeowner thanks to Amber. She is great at communicating and she will get you the home of your dreams!
ZillowMy fiancA(C) and I were first time home buyers, to us It seemed impossible for us to buy a home. Amber made it happen for us. We highly recommend her as a realtor, as she went above and beyond and we couldnt be more grateful. Thank you Amber.

ZillowAmber was everything we could hope for as a realtor. My husband and I were first time home buyers with a short deadline of about a month to find a house. It seemed impossible, but Amber made it happen for us. She was dedicated to spending time with us to answer our questions, promptly scheduled showings, and made the offer/inspection paperwork a breeze. This was all during a pandemic! We highly recommend her as a realtor, as she went above and beyond on our expectations.
ZillowThrough this long journey, Amber was always there to answer my questions. We kinda became friends, from all our daily conversations about homes. Right away she knew my taste of what home I wanted. She and I searched high and low looking for the right house. Finally after much searching she found my perfect home. I want to say Thank You Amber for taking this journey with me. I highly recommend Amber Ortega when you need to find your home ..
ZillowFirst time home buyers, and we are thankful that we ended up with such an incredible realtor throughout the entire process. Amber was patient with our inexperience and questions, and took the time to explain anything and everything about the process to us step by step. She set us up with great inspectors when we were unsure where to look, negotiated all necessary corrections that weren't small cosmetic issues, and worked hard to assured we made it into our home on closing date without delays. I am so happy with my new home purchase, and we couldn't have done to workout all of Amber's hard work and expertise!
ZillowAmber was very helpful, attentive and informative. We were first time home-buyers and Amber made the process seem effortless. She did so well, we ended up getting to keep all the appliances and our total cost for all inspections including re-inspection was $0!!! Thanks Amber!

ZillowWow, Amber is absolutely amazing to work with. For one, she's down to earth and actually listens to what you are looking for in a home. She found our perfect home before it even hit the market! She is personable, professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuine! I highly recommend her!
ZillowFinding and purchasing the house that meets all your desired criteria in Rio Rancho is difficult enough when you live in the area. It's a crazy proposition when you live a 10-hour drive away in another state. Amber made it work for us. Amber sent us regular updates on new listings that met our criteria. She always responded quickly to emails, texts, and phone calls. When photos on websites were lacking or insufficient, Amber even sent us video tours of homes. In a market where timing is everything, Amber was always prompt in writing up and submitting offers and counteroffers. Her advice was always solid and her negotiating skills were invaluable. House-hunting can be frustrating and most of us have a budget that we have to stay within, but we ended up buying the home that is perfect for us. Our new home is an answer to prayer, and we firmly believe that Amber is, too.

ZillowAmber was great. We relocated to NM from the Midwest. Amber familiarized us with the area and eventually helped us by a single family home in Rio Rancho. We would highly recommend Amber as she is both professional and knowledgeable.
