Buying a house seemed so overwhelming, and I needed someone who could answer my many questions. After our first conversation, I gained a ton of knowledge. Amber quickly impressed me with her vast knowledge of the real estate world. Her patience was remarkable as a series of questions were thrown her way. What I appreciated the most from our chat was Ambers ability to explain everything in a way that I could understand. She never made me feel incompetent because I was coming into this process with very little knowledge. I knew from that day that I was right to reach out to her. I decided that I would start to look at houses. Amber was quickly able to schedule a few home tours. During this process, we toured a bunch of houses, and each time Amber was able to point out all the features the homes provided and things that were missing or might be a concern. Without Amber there, I definitely would have missed some key things. She made sure I considered a number of factors before finally making a decision. Amber fulfilled all of her duties and responsibilities as my agent. The issue that came up a few times was getting approved by a lender. Three different lenders were unable to move forward with my application because of concerns regarding my income. I really thought that I would not be able to buy a home. The approval process became stressful, and I was ready to give up. Amber kept encouraging me the entire time. She told me that I would get approved and I just needed to be patient. She was right! Amber connected me with a lender who was able to work with my unique situation. Amber turned my dream into a reality! I was ecstatic when I received the news that my loan was approved. I could not have thanked Amber enough for sticking with me during this process. I appreciated her patience dealing with my ups and downs. After the closing date, Amber made herself available to answer any questions. As a first-time homebuyer, it was refreshing. Thank you, Amber! I appreciate your hard work and dedication. She took care of anything that needed taken care of throughout the process. She was there for any question I had (Even made Tik Toks to make sure I understood everything in details, go check her tik toks out). She made sure I got the best deal. Any question I had, she always had an answer and if she didn't know, she would always find out. This woman was always ready to go with me to see a house even at the most random times. One thing I really loved about her was she wasn't just trying to sell me a house just to sell it, if something didn't seem right to her, she would tell me and we would discuss houses we saw. After about 6 months of fixing my credit and saving extra money, we began the home search. The catch here is that I was working in another state. It's a crazy proposition when you live a 10-hour drive away in another state. Amber made it work for us. Amber sent us regular updates on new listings that met our criteria. She always responded quickly to emails, texts, and phone calls. When photos on websites were lacking or insufficient, Amber even sent us video tours of homes.
