ZillowVERIFIEDLook no further, as Amber should be your real estate agent!! I came in from out of state to purchase a new home and Amber was ON IT!! She returned phone calls quickly and made herself available to us when we needed her. She is definitely the agent for you!! I looked at houses for only 2 days and put in an offer, listening to Ambers great advice. I now live in my dream home and am loving Montana. End your home buying stress today and call Amber, believe me when I say, itll be one of the best decisions of your life.

ZillowVERIFIED Amber was great! She helped me to sell a house that was off the beaten path, and I got more for it than I expected, thanks to Amber. She also helped with advice that was spot on for which offers were the best and why.

ZillowVERIFIED It has been a year since Amber helped us buy our house, and we still talk about how lucky we were to have her as our realtor. She led us first-time homebuyers through every step and used her extensive network to find us a home in the neighborhood we wanted to live in. I would recommend her to anyone and use her services again in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED Amber Martinez went above and beyond to get us into a great house! She repeatedly pulled long nights to get us in on deadlines and handled honestly everything we didn't have time for to keep the ball moving. We didn't make it easy on her buying a HUD house and all the extra hoops it entails. We love our house and the price she helped us get!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Amber as my realtors was a great one.We gave her the description and our budget for our home and from day one she was working on it. Once we found the house she began the negotiations with the other realtor and explained every step. During the inspections and prior to final acceptance we looked for other potential homes. My thought was even though we found our house I wasnt going to buy unless I looked at everything available. Amber was there the whole time looking and showing many other homes.Very pleased.

ZillowVERIFIED Amber did an excellent job. She knows the market, how to get the deal done, responds in a timely fashion, and was able to facilitate a break for us on the fence. We recommend Amber. She is a lovely lady.

She was always available to show me a house when it was convenient for me and always kept me updated with all the houses for sale in our price range. She's so friendly and personable we always had a good time looking for our house! When we finally did find a house we loved she got us it at the price we offered and then some! She talked us through the process and always made sure we knew and understood everything! I couldn't imagine using anyone else other then Amber!

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of Amber being the first realtor to contact us and show us a property we were looking at. Once we got to the home we told her a couple other properties we wanted to see and she was on the phone immediately to get us a time for a showing! I had lots of questions about properties and rules and regulations with a few different homes as a first time home buyer I wanted to be as informed as possible and Amber was so informative and helpful in every aspect! Amber was patient and kind through every showing(which we looked at at least a dozen homes) when I gave up in finding a home Amber worked day and night to find us a home that fit all of our needs and was so flexible with her schedule it was such a breeze to meet up with her and work with us through the process of finding a home!!! When we finally put in an offer Amber was so informative through the process I feel I could have done with my eyes closed!!! We even wanted to take a second peek at our home when the offer was excepted and she did not waste a minute to get us back in the property and was so understanding and kind! I could not imagine what buying a new home as a first time home buyer would have been like without Amber Martinez... she is amazing and only had the best interest of our wants/needs,budget, and family in mind!!! If you want the best you need Amber Martinez on your side!!! I couldnt be more greatful for her!

ZillowVERIFIED We enjoyed working with Amber. She is very responsive to emails, calls and texts and truly cares about her clients. She has a good background in realty and understands the needs of her clients. There were some unnecessary bumps along the way but primarily due to the sellers realtor being ineffectual. Amber managed these issues well and found a way to work it out. Overall, the purchase process went relatively good and was completed within a reasonable timeframe. We do recommended her!

ZillowVERIFIED Amber made the entire buying process as easy as possible. We had a bad experience with another realtor who was not on our side, telling my husband and I that what we wanted for our house and budget was completely unreasonable (which it wasn't). To be honest we weren't loving the whole "house buying" experience. Amber turned the whole thing around. I highly recommend her for making the process easy and making it a positive experience!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Amber at an open house. She was genuinely interested in the reason why we were looking and asked questions to understand our needs. Amber followed up exactly as she said she would to do a market evaluation on our current property. Even though we ended up not purchasing yet, we will definitely contact Amber when we are ready to!
