We had a small window of opportunity to make our move into a new development. We knew that we needed someone who was experienced, energetic, and on top of their game. We interviewed many Realtors and came across Amber and Cheryl at an open house. We set up an interview with them at our place. They came prepared with comps, examples, and a game plan; immediately we knew that they were the perfect fit. In selling our condo, we had some hiccups along the way. Amber was knowledgeable in each situation, and addressed each challenge professionally and methodically. She knew exactly how to approach the negotiations, and in turn, we were extremely happy with the outcome. I dont think we could have made it work with anyone else. In buying our house in a new development, Amber assisted us with those negotiations as well, and even did the walk through for us while we were out of town. This was well beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Amber and her team for your buying and selling real estate needs.
