ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Amber Johnson as a realtor! She represented us on both the buying and selling end and we are very satisfied with her ! We actually interviewed several local realtors before deciding to go with Amber. She was the most prepared, knowledgeable, helpful and authentic realtor that we spoke to.One thing I appreciated through the process was that She has a strong work ethic. Working tirelessly to to ensure things were done right on the selling end and on the buying end. We decided to build new construction and I am so thankful we had Amber as her realtor there for the whole process. if it werent for Amber on our side, we probably wouldnt have been able to get things that we wanted in our house. She she was always very responsive to all of our questions. No matter what the question was, she was gonna find out for ya. So if you need a hardworking, knowledgeable and helpful realtor by your side as your move or sell , give amber a call and see for yourself / shes the best !
ZillowVERIFIEDAmber Johnson was amazing in every aspect of our home buying process. She guided us every step of the way and returned all of our phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly. Amber is extremely professional, personable and friendly. Her knowledge of the Wake Forest/Raleigh/Durham area and her recommendations were fantastic. My wife and I highly recommend Amber to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a house!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen Amber assessed and priced our house for sale I was a bit skeptical. We had another agent tell us that our listing price should be MUCH lower that what Amber stated. But Amber seemed confident about her assessment. Between that and my gut telling me that Amber had a better feel for our community, we decided to go with Amber. And boy are we glad we did! Had we not followed Ambers lead, we would have been out literally tens of thousands of dollars! And to make things even better, the house sold within days- not weeks- of listing! Kudos to Amber for knowing her business and getting the job done right!
