They held my hand through staging and getting the house ready for pictures. They took me to see whatever my heart desired as far as a new property. They were great in letting me know what was happening in the market and what to expect. I would work with them over and over again through this process. Both Amber and Damon are the utmost professional. Amber almost always answered my phone calls and when she couldn't, would promptly communicate when she could get back to me. Amber and Damon have community resources to assist with getting the home ready to sell and any upgrades we would need to make on the new home to make it our own. Overall, even though we didn't end up selling or purchasing a new home, when I am ready to sell in the future, Amber and Damon Hysler will be my go to realtors!

We weren't even sure we would be able to sell our house, but she walked us through the whole process, from deciding on a competitive price for our house, scheduling a professional photographer, holding two open houses, accepting the best (higher than list) selling price to finding and purchasing the perfect forever home for our family. She was always responsive when we had a question and did not give up when we faced challenges in finding the right place to move. She even helped us find an electrician to make some upgrades after we moved. Before we even moved, we'd already recommended her to friends who have now sold their house, too.

We closed the deal in 29 days. Amber had me do something that no other realtor ever suggested to me before - I'm not going to say what it was, but at closing the buyers said it helped them quickly seal the deal. We closed on a Friday, moved in over the weekend. On Monday a tornado hit our new house. Amber was at my home in less than 10 minutes. She was on the phone with the insurance, mortgage company and title company making sure we were well taken care of. The sale was complete and she still was working on our behalf.
