ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Amber Greene was defined by a lack of transparency, poor professional judgment, and a complete disregard for my financial loss. I entered a dual-agency arrangement with her, paid $550 out of pocket for an appraisal, and was then pushed out of the purchase so the property could be sold to another buyer. The appraisal I paid for was never used for my benefit, and there was no effort made to protect my position as the original buyer. In a dual-agency situation, the agent is required to act fairly and represent both sides without bias. That did not happen. The sequence of events made it clear that my interests were secondary to securing a different buyer. There was no accountability for the wasted appraisal cost, no attempt to correct the situation, and no professional explanation that justified the outcome. The handling of this transaction showed a disregard for basic ethical standards and for the financial impact on the client. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using Amber Greene as an agent in any capacity. The lack of integrity and the financial loss speak for themselves.

I spoke with many agents and all of them were impatient or made me feel like a bother. Amber was the complete opposite. From the moment I messaged her she was always quick to respond, always available, and very patient/understanding. Always willing to go the extra mile! Willing to give an honest opinion. I had a lot of trouble with my lender and Amber is the only reason I didnt give in. There were moments that I had no idea what to do and Amber just stepped in and handled it. When I would think or feel like something Needed to be address, before I even had to take action Amber was already taking care of it. The best decision I have ever made. ZillowVERIFIED We live out of state and used Greene Realty LLC to manage a property we own in Indiana. In the beginning they helped us but toward the end of our time doing business together it was extremely hard to get any communication. After the decision was made to go a different direction we were left wondering where things stood and what to do next so we could chose another Property Management Company. We sent many emails pleading for a response to questions we had and got nothing. I asked if we did something wrong or if something happened and we received no response. They were referred by a friend and that makes this even more frustrating and disappointing. Terrible communication and I would not recommend using them!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the first of many complaints I will be writing everywhere possible to let the people know of how unprofessional Amber Greene of Greene Realty is. Right now she is holding our home hostage unless we pay $1000 for services she said she provided after we listed our home with her. First off we were adamant that the realtor we hired would hold open houses weekly until the home sold. We had renters in the home and they were more than willing to vacate the property for the open houses. Second we were adamant that we were extremely flexible with the listing price. We wanted our home sold and sold fast. It has been nearly 3 months since we listed with Amber Greene and I will list what she has done for us. 1 open house, not advertised back at the end of September. She had advertised another open house at the end of October but cancelled it supposedly due to the heat being off in the house. The house inside was 45 degrees. We had renters in our home that had moved out and the gas hadn't been transferred back to us. My daughter was our agent since we live out of town in Colorado and it is difficult to get a hold of us so we had her manage our property in Indiana. My daughter had been in contact and messaging with Amber the day of the open house in October and that is when she was advised that the heat was off. Nothing said to her during the hour of so conversation on messenger about cancelling the open house because of the heat situation. My daughter showed up at the house unexpected and was surprised to find a note tape on the front door stating the open house was cancelled due to no heat. Dishonesty at its best. When we first signed with Amber I had one phone conversation with her explaining everything we expected from the realtor we engaged. She agreed to our request but then proceeded to do exactly what I did not want to happen and that is for our home to just be placed on the MLS without any active networking to sell our home. One open house within 90 days is NOT what we expected. The unprofessionalism of Amber Greene is astonishing. Amber had had some type of emergency surgery right after we signed our agreement with her to sell our home and absolutely believe Amber's personal health issues were to blame for our home falling through the cracks. Now when we ask to be released from our contract with her she is demanding $1000 . We say for what??? Some photos and 1 open house? Ladoga is a very small town were everyone knows everyone, so I will spread the word to not use Amber Greene if you want your home sold. Oh and by the way, I still haven't spoken to Amber Greene because now she is having her husband handle the situation apparently. My daughter called and was asking when we can expect the release form after sending 3 emails requesting it and Amber's husband now is fielding the calls. Seriously Ladoga may be a small town but we are not complete idiots who will allow some so called realtor to stop us from activity selling our home.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a great experience working with Amber and Greene Realtors. My only issue was with the buyers and what they wanted and changed. They wanted me to stain decks and wanted the landscapes finished as well as the mini barn. Then after closing they tore it all out, cut down trees, stripped the landscaping and sold mini barn. I guess I learned from this experience what to ask and not ask during a closing if I decide to sell again. The extra cost me a lot of money, then I even came down on the price to have it all removed and/or sold.
