Being that we found a home on Zillow and I put in a request for information on that site, Amber Fox was assigned to us. She worked so hard and put in so much time to get us that home, however the sellers realtor was so unethical and demanding, we finally walked away. It took two more tries and the third time was the charm. Amber was so knowledgeable on how best to negotiate, she had done her research, and went far and beyond to travel and meet us there twice. She worked long into the night to get the paperwork done. Amber has given us hope in realtors. Never pushy, she listens and respects your wishes. She will give suggestions and share insight but she is there to represent you as buyer or seller, and not her own motive. If ever asked or if we were to move again, Amber is the one realtor I would call or recommend.
