ZillowVERIFIED We engaged Amber while still out of state in anticipation of our move back home to Grand Forks, having been gone from North Dakota for 32 years. Amber was a delight to work with. She invested quite a bit of time searching for potential homes for us to consider, prior to our closing on the sale of our existing home, and even before asking to secure a contract with us. She listened carefully to my wife's desires and preferences for our new home, and she only presented homes that closely met our criteria. She did video walk-throughs for us and was always very prompt and attentive to our questions. Upon the sale of our home and our arrival back in Grand Forks, Amber had made it a point to stay appraised of our progress on our trip home and arranged her schedule so as to be available immediately to show us potential properties on our arrival. We fairly quickly settled on the house we wanted, and Amber did a fine job representing us in the purchase negotiation, allowing us to quickly agree on a fair price on the property. Amber provided quality referrals for inspections and structural engineers, the results we were very pleased with. Overall, Amber did a fine job on our behalf. She was a pleasure to work with and we would have no reservations recommending her highly to anyone considering an agent to represent them in buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow where to start. Could not have asked for a better realtor than Amber. To put it simple, we were a pain in the but as we are military and relied heavily on Amber to get things done for us in our absence while we were in the middle of a pcs. We ended up going through multiple contracts as things fell through on the first home (sellers fault). The second home (our dream home) was purchased sight unseen. Thankfully we had Amber guiding us the whole way. Even though we purchased the home sight unseen, we were extremely confident throughout the process knowing we were in good hands with Amber in our corner. While I wouldn't recommend buying a house this way, it did work out for us hugely in thanks to Amber. I cannot recommend her enough. If you are military in bound to GF, I assure you, there is not a better realtor to help you into your new home. Thanks again Amber, you are the best!
