ZillowVERIFIED We first met Amber using the Zillow website back in 2015. We told her we were moving to the area, but didn't really know where we wanted to live and frankly we didn't even know our budget. Nonetheless she still agreed to meet with us. She spent more than 1 hour explaining the 5 county area in and around Tampa Bay. She highlighted the benefits of each county and we then began our search. That all sounds great, but unfortunately it wasn't all that easy for her. Over the next two years she showed us more than 100 properties and dealt with us changing our minds about style, price, location, school districts, multiple offers, counteroffers and countless changes in our timeline. Personally I would have dropped us after the 3rd change in direction but, I was amazed she stayed with us through all of that. She even kept a big smile on her face the whole time!!! She stuck with us for over two years. I can't think of any real-estate agent who would care that much about us finding the perfect place within our budget. She is an incredible agent, extremely responsive, outstanding knowledge of the market and understands the negotiating process. Even after she represented us on 3 or 4 other deals that fell through for 1 reason or another, she still helped us negotiate 9% savings on the condo we wound up buying. She is the epitome of what a buyers agent should be. We will never use another realtor again. She is the BEST !!
