ReviewOmg I love Amber. I have had the opportunity to work with her twice now. The first was 3 years ago when I had to selll my house post divorce. I had lived there with my kiddos for almost 10 years so I had to lot to do to get it ready to sell. Since it was just me and my kids it was taking me longer than expected to get things done. Amber did not hesitate and showed up at my house in her work out gear ready to help me paint, clean and just do what ever needed to be done to get it ready. I will forever be grateful to her for this. She was amazing every step of the way. So when it was time to purchase again of course I reached out to Amber. She helped me through the process every step of the way. We ended up going with a new build but of course come the 9th hour things started to get super stressful. Amber handled everything so effortlessly and negotiated on my behalf with the builder when the appraisal came back lower than the asking price. While it was stressful Amber made me feel comfortable and confident through the whole process. Hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. Highly recommend Amber!

I listen to her advice and followed them cause I know she was giving me good advice. Before meeting with her I had certain criteria that I was looking for in the agent I forgot all of them because she was way above what I had hoped for. When I need to ask questions she was there with a prompt response. She communicated with me about the process. We were in the process of movingaEUR|and things were being packed. She provided fews items to help the house look alive. There are many agents to choose from. But, why try the rest when you can start with the best from the start. She wasnt aggressive about the selling price nor was she low balling either. We had the same goal-which was to sell the house! I was an out-of-state, first time homebuyer that would need someone knowledgeable of the area and able to virtually stream home walkthroughs for me. Amber helped me construct a home selection plan and drove to different portions of the state to show me the properties and provide some on site feedback. Review Wow! Amber made buying a new home in a seller's market so easy and stress-free! We looked at two homes, and I fell in love with the second home immediately. Being an older home, many inspections were required and Amber was able to accomodate my busy work schedule by always being available and helping me with scheduling inspections and contractor recommendations. Amber's knowledge and professionalism was demonstrated throughout the process. She helped me get a great price on the home, through negotiations and actually saved me THOUSANDS below the asking price of the home in this crazy, Colorado Springs housing market. Amazing! She even recommended me to a local lender, saving me thousands more in closing costs (and actually getting money back at closing), and hundreds off of my monthly mortgage. I can't recommend Amber ENOUGH! If you're buying a home, do yourself a favor and hire Amber as your agent immediately!

This is our experience with amber: Amber not only helped us buy this home when we were first time home buyers but also helped us sell it, which turned in to the best investment of our life . My wife and I are military and we are all about professionalism and responsiveness due to the nature of my career. Review Amber stepped up in several ways: 1. When my realtor in Denver wasnt able to show us a house in the springs, she volunteered and reached out immediately. 2. She worked around our schedules to make house hunting very easy. 3. I have two small kids and she played with them during the inspection and closing which allowed my husband and I to focus on the tasks at hand. 4. Finally, she checked in on us several times after we had moved in and when we had problems she was able to rectify them even helping us find a handyman at a last minute notice. The first two items are pretty typical for a realtor, but I felt like you did them well. The latter two, to me went above and beyond to make our experience amazing!

Review Besides being a super pleasurable person to be around, Amber did an amazing job to find us a first home in a super crazy real estate market in Colorado Springs. We were on a very tight budget, plus this was our first home in US, plus we just moved to Colorado Springs, so I relied on her for everything. At one point I joked that I'm calling her and asking for advice like she was my mom... Amber is a Colorado Springs native and knows every corner of this town very well. But it wasn't just the knowledge. She really went above and beyond: got me out of a contract for house, she feeled wouldn't be a good fit for me and I may regret the purchase later. She checked out property, when I was on vacation and facetime me from there, she checked another property on a way to her own vacation and then subsequently negotiated deal with the seller (before they put the townhome on the market) and wrote a contract while actually on her vacation. We just moved to our new home, and we love it, but I almost wish we continued the search just to hang out with Amber?? I honestly and truly highly recommend Amber's services, particularly for people new to Colorado Springs.

There was also a second party involved in the purchase of the home, which made it more complicated. Amber had to deal with me and the other party. She was outstanding in keeping all of us informed and up to date on all aspects of the purchase of the home! She is very calm and patient and dealt with all the road blocks that came up, professionally and with ease! Amber is kind and caring and makes you feel like you are her most important client! Review Amber has an uncanny understanding of the real estate market in Colorado Springs. She guided us easily through the process of showing and selling our home.
