She vas very attentive at first, but it seemed she was tired of us after some time, we were under contract a couple times and for our final contract for the house we actually purchased she didn't really seem to care at that point. She didn't attend our closing, she wasn't there for the final walkthrough. We never saw her at any point from the day we chose our home. We had questions and concerns after our purchase but she just stopped replying. We wished things were different, especially with it being our first home.

In under 10 days after we first contacted her, she helped us narrow down the search to the house we loved and got under contract soon after. I was so thankful Gabby was with us every step of the way as we discussed contract terms, listened to everything that was said, and gave us sound advice - including helping us get a great interest rate! Gabby even drove a long ways to ensure our inspection was handled in-person and also coordinated everything for us. She was so on top of everything and made sure our house was set up perfectly. A month after we went under contract, we closed, and she was there, ensuring everything went perfectly smoothly, and celebrated with us as well. We could not have had such a smooth, pleasant experience without her! Above all, I was exceptionally impressed with how patient, sweet, knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive Gabby was throughout this entire process. She always kept on top of the many updates and different parties involved. She reviewed all the documents we had and cross checked everything to ensure there were absolutely no issues. I never had to worry about asking any kind of question or feel overwhelmed at all. She was definitely our rock during all of this. We could not have had a better agent by our side. I highly recommend Gabby and thank her for everything shes done for us!

ZillowVERIFIEDWhen deciding on my move to Dallas I received a recommendation for a realtor from one of my best friends to consider Amber. Amber was super helpful in helping me secure a rental property in the Lower Greenville area. I didn't know much about Dallas, but this area proved to be exactly the right location for our initial move with access to shopping and restaurants; we loved everything about it! Almost one year later I decided to start my home search, not really knowing what to expect but mentally just was "window shopping". Well I only looked at a few homes before I found the one. Once I let Amber know that that was the house, she got to work with lining things up. My situation was challenging in that I had a strict time frame in which I was trying to close because I would be leaving town for an extended vacation. Amber was a big help in securing a title company that worked around that time frame and made special accommodations for me outside of normal business hours which I greatly appreciated. She fought for repairs that were needed based on our inspection report. She really had our best interest at heart. Amber is a great realtor and her down to earth personality makes it really comfortable to work with her. I will continue to refer friends and family to her for their future needs. Additionally, I would utilize her services again for any future purchases that may arise!

I'm so glad I contacted her! Shes is honest, transparent, and will keep you focused in your home selection choices. She even rescued me from my initial loan officer who became unresponsive to my calls and emails. She introduced me to a loan officer who she trusted. Moving my financing was the best decision that I made. My experience went from knowing nothing about my loan to knowing about everything that was happening. We found my home on 12/27/20 and put an offer in the same evening. After the offer was accepted she provided me with a list of inspectors who she trusted to get the job done (b/c I didnt know one). I chose the inspector and he was out inspecting the house within a day! I closed on 1/28/21! She made the process easy and was there every step of the way. I'm so grateful for her! She would say she just doing her job but Amber is a sweetheart and I left the experience knowing I have a forever realtor friend. She is passionate about her business and she truly cares about every step of her clients home buying experience.
