ZillowVERIFIED Amber went above and beyond to close on my house. There were times I couldn't get the paperwork they needed while I was at work and she took care of it. She drove 2 towns over at 1 point just to make sure we made closing time. Thanks so much Amber I couldn't have made closing without you.

ZillowVERIFIED What a lucky day when my wife and I decided just to drop by out the blue and met Amber. We had been looking at a piece of property and were getting quite frustrated with the listing agent/realtor. We decided we would look at other properties/realtors and that's how we met Amber. Not only did she immediately act to suggest other properties, but wound up working for us and we closed on the property we really wanted within two weeks of meeting her. Hard charger, responsive, tenacious. Can't go wrong with Amber.

ZillowVERIFIED Amber did a great job for me and got my place sold at a resonable rate. She was always easy to contact and was very responsive to messages. This was very important to me since I live out of state from the property I was selling. Tom C

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased a property in Old Town from Amber in April of 2018. She was always available, returned phone calls, and even made herself available on a Sunday to show us some properties. Thanks Amber.

ZillowVERIFIED Property was 5 hours away and was in my fathers trust. Amber was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made a difficult situation quick and easy. I can't thank her enough for the exceptional customer service, from making sure all the paperwork was correct to even overnighting the contract to me at the hotel I was vacationing at. I would highly recommend Amber .

ZillowVERIFIED When we put our home on the market, we had two showings and had a contract. It's sold within three weeks of listing it with Amber. She was very knowledgeable about the market and knew exactly what to list it for that got our home sold as fast as it did. We actually got $4000 over our asking price due to the competition between the buyers. We could not have asked for a better Realtor! She made the first time selling process very easy and we had no issues whatsoever with the sale. For those looking for a knowledgeable and honest Realtor, look no further because she's your girl !

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are from New York and in recent trip to our families house in Florida we were looking to see if we could find a house with property. When we got home we called Jim Kings Reality which was the name in front of house for sale we spoke to Amber. We told her that we saw several houses that we wanted to look at. Amber looked up the properties and gave us information on them. We told Amber we would be coming back down in 1 month so could she make arrangements for us to see the houses we were interested. So Amber set it up and we were shown several house. One stood out we loved it. Through the following month we put a deposit and got a closing date. She called us and kept us informed. If you need to call her she would call back as soon as possible. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Amber. She made it stress free. We referred a friend of ours who also purchase a home through her and is very satisfied. We have more New York friends looking for homes in same area which we have already giving Ambers name and number to. Great and easy experience ????????

ZillowVERIFIED Amber cares about her clients and wants the very best for them. She loves real estate. I was impressed that she made the extra effort to bring in another sales rep to make a sale on one of my lots . Amber is always upbeat and very positive. I like the fact that she kept me informed about the property I had for sale and offered her professional advice if a piece of land had been priced too high or low .

ZillowVERIFIED Amber has sold 2 properties for me this year. Her communication has been excellent and all details of contracts and closings have been very easily taken care of. I don't live in her area, so the excellent communication plus her knowledge of the area have been appreciated. She has stayed in touch when things have been a little slow. She has answered my calls and emails immediately. I would say she is a hard worker! I have been extremely fortunate to do business with Amber and I recommend her highly. I have not been nearly so lucky in the past.
