ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked with Amber to sell or home and buy a new home. From day one until the day we moved into our new home Amber was professional, knowledgeable and was confidently able to navigate us through the process of selling, searching and buying even under the COVID restrictions. We had an amazing experience with Amber and would recommend her with confidence to friends and family. Amber made the stressful process of home buying and selling smooth and fun! Because of her we found our forever home and are very appreciative of our experience with Amber Buchanan.

ZillowVERIFIED Couldnt have asked for a more helpful agent! Amber went with us and showed dozens of homes over the course of several months before we found the right one. She never pushed for a home which didnt seem right for us and encouraged us to take our time to pick the right one. Always made time for us even when we had last minute requests. Would highly recommend Amber!

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent! This was our first time buying a home, and we couldnt be happier with Amber and her team. We were searching for a home for 11 months, working with 3 different realtors before we found Amber. Within 3 weeks we found a home. She was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She was on top of everything making sure all the loose ends were tied that we were not familiar with. She was extremely personable, yet professional. She made us feel like we were the only clients and that our time was valuable. We can not rave about Amber enough. She is our go-to realtor for life!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer Amber was so helpful throughout the entire process and she simplified something that could be very stressful and confusing. Her expertise is unquestionable and she was able to answer all of the questions I threw at her. I also thoroughly appreciated her willingness to be flexible and to book showings at the last minute so I could see all of the homes I wanted in a highly competitive market. You really couldn?t ask for a better realtor to go through the process with!

ZillowVERIFIED Amber helped me buy a duplex in 2012 and more recently a single family home about a month ago. When I first bought the duplex as a 20 year old, I had no clue how the process of buying a house worked. Amber walked me through all the steps and made sure I had all the right materials to help closing go smoothly. Then when buying our new home, Amber helped us navigate the waters of negotiating with the seller. She was knowledgeable, honest, and helpful in every step of the process. If you are looking for a realtor, I HIGHLY suggest Amber. She is an excellent realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Amber was great to work with both on the buying and selling side. We had not been through this process for many years and needed to be re-educated on how everything worked. She reminded us what needed to get done and when. She told us what to do to get our house sold and it sold in nine days. It was a huge relief that it sold so quickly. I would highly recommend Amber!

ZillowVERIFIED Amber was a professional in every sense of the word! She was knowledgeable, thoughtful and educated on the community and on the best price for which to list our home (150 Laurel Lane, Pottstown, PA 19465 -- Owen J. Roberts School District). She was extremely communicative and worked very well with the buyers and the buyers agent. She was patient and extremely helpful in what turned out to be a somewhat protracted process. We cannot say enough good things about her, and we highly recommend Amber for your home sale or purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Not much to report. Stumbled on a home we happened to like, gave good insight into sellers point of view, able to easily negotiate a purchase price both parties could agree on, responded quickly when called, paperwork professionally and quickly prepared. Settlement within 30 days of first viewing the home. Good insight into the market in our selected area of interest. All that one should expect from a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Amber is an amazing realtor. It was our first time buying a house and she helped immensely. She was able to get us appointments to view houses very quickly, knew a lot about the areas we were looking, would always respond to our texts or emails immediately, and helped us negotiate keeping a brand new washer and dryer! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED As an admittedly high maintenance client, Amber was very patient during the many hours spent searching for our perfect home. Once we found our dream house, Amber worked tirelessly to get us the best deal possible. She also helped us sell our old house. We are very happy in our new home & highly recommend Amber for her knowledge of the local market, her friendliness, & her professional attitude.

ZillowVERIFIED Amber Buchanan was a great Real Estate Professional to work with. Amber has a great personality, work ethic, and is very personable. She had our list of what we were looking for, price range, and time line. She was always available to take us on showings and found multiple listings to choose from. She stepped in when some work needed to be done on the property prior to settlement with about a month to go prior to settlement. Her followup and overseeing of the project were key to accomplishing the completion of the job and get us to closing on time. She went the extra mile. Closing was a piece of cake. Amber made the home buying process easy. She is the first person I will call if ever looking to move again.

ZillowVERIFIED I came to Amber after a terrible experience with another realtor and she couldnt have been more accommodating. Very friendly, easy to work with, answers all questions and very patient. We were purchasing our first investment property (2/2014) and she provided her experience, insight and great advice. I have recommended her to many in the last few months and she will be the only realtor I will ever use.
