I cannot recommend Aimee Curole (Amay) at 23 Realty enough! We first met Aimee as a Zillow lead back in 2020, and after searching for the perfect home for years, we finally closed on a beautiful house in Kenner, LA. Throughout the entire process, Aimee worked with us with incredible patience. We looked at dozens of homes together, but she never pressured us to settle. She truly represented us as if she were the one buying the house. Our new home is stunningaEUR"completely updated with new windows, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous new floors. During the inspection period, Aimees expertise as a Broker/Owner really shined. She successfully negotiated a brand-new HVAC system into our deal, saving us thousands! If you are looking for the best real estate agent in Kenner or the Greater New Orleans area, call Aimee. She even has a network of local professionals for everything house-related you could possibly need. She did an outstanding job and made our dream of homeownership a reality!

We spoke with Aimee over the phone ( a cold call) to inquire about several Zillow listings in New Orleans. She met us at the agreed upon time/date and showed us the listings. The property we ended up purchasing wasn't on our list to see that day, but she made a phone call & made the viewing happen within a 30 minute window! She has been available to answer all of our questions and she has led us through the buying process beautifully. She knows New Orleans, she knows the different areas and what they have to offer, and she's happy to share her knowledge as well as her time with you. She has been absolutely wonderful & we would definitely recommend Aimee Curole!

Outstanding!!! Far beyond the home buying experience we expected. Communication, coordination, expert guidance and above all TRUST, this is what you get when you engage and partner with Aimee on a home buying journey. Aimee was a chance encounter. She responded to an inquiry we made on zillow. We met to see a property and explained that my partner lived in New Orleans and I lived in NY. To complicate matters we are both professionals with very little time. From that day Aimee became a partner in our home search. She facilitated virtual home tours and meetings. She took the time to understand what our needs were and filled in for us on many task that we couldn't be present for. Even through the inspections and pre-closing tasks she filled in for us when we could not be present! She advocated for us, negotiated for us and eased the experience. There was no pressure, no rush and we were absolutely confident that we were well represented. This was truley the perfect realtor and experience for us. We are grateful and happy! Aimee is absolutely a 5 star realtor. Buy your home through Aimee Curole, with confidence!!....a perfect experience.

very professional, prompt, quick with responses, and willing to go the extra mile. like working with a family member that really knows their job. she helped find the property i wanted, she helped find a reliable contractor for the minor changes and repairs needed to upgrade the property for rent, then sifted through dozens of potential tenets and we now have it leased.

Very personable and approachable with questions. Empathized with us as a family to help guide us to a decision that worked for us. Made a difficult life decision go as smoothly as possible with minimal fuss (that she took care of behind the scenes). Strong recommend.
