ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda was amazing to work with! Her knowledge of the area, pricing, and process allowed me to relax exponentially during what could have been a stressful time. We sold our previous home and bought our single family home with Amanda in 3 months. From helping coordinate moving, to making sure the property we invested in was exactly what we were looking for, Amanda did it all. I couldn't be more thankful for her assistance and care. I know such short time constraints can be difficult to work within, but Amanda showed up to every single showing we requested, across Rockwall County, with a positive attitude and a want to make us thrilled with our purchase. I cannot wait to use her again when we decide to sell or rent our current property. I wish I could take her with us! Highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase in the DFW area! Thank you Amanda for all you do/did for us!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda was truly a godsend for our family. After working with a realtor in a different state for years and never purchasing a home, we were not hopeful for a positive buying experience in a new state. We were referred to Amanda by a friend and we are forever grateful for that referral. Amanda made the home buying experience so easy. She was always responsive, on top of everything and walked us through the process like a pro. Amanda made our family dream become a reality and we are forever thankful for her professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmazing! Amanda was our relator for our first home purchase and she made the process fun and stress free. Amanda worked around the clock, answering our questions and keeping us updated throughout the entire process. Amanda advised us on the best offer and ended up negotiating an amazing deal on our dream home. Our loan office and title officer were impressed with things she was able to negotiate in our favor. I would highly recommend Amanda for your buying/selling needs, you wont be disappointed!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda is a rockstar! She pushes to get you the absolute best and really listens. We found ourselves moving to Texas from Washington state, we were so lucky to find someone who took our situation personally and worked long hours to find us something great. She treated us like we were family and made us feel like she wouldnt let us move cross country into a terrible situation. She gave us the hard truth at times, but it forced us to make educated decisions instead of impulsive ones. I appreciate her attention to ALL details. I will use her for all my future moves and will recommend her everytime for anyone in the Dallas area. You want Amanda, because you NEED someone that cares! You cant afford to have anything less than her! The absolute best!!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen my husband and I went to Amanda to sell our home she was very professional and seemed as if she was always working for us, taking no time off. She kept us updated constantly on anything with the home we were selling, and she was available whenever we needed to go look at a new place to live. She was very knowledgeable on everything, especially when it came to real state for veterans. She was all about finding us the perfect house, getting us the perfect rates, all while showing and trying to sell our home at the same time. She really treated my husband and I as if it were herself looking to buy/rent or sell her own home. She treated us like family! We wouldnt have chosen any other realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda was great! She worked hard to make sure our new build went smoothly. When the builder wouldnt respond to us, she got in contact with them right away and got answers for us. She even responded quickly to texts and calls at non traditional hours. She sold our old house quickly and explained every step since we didnt understand anything being first time home sellers. She also had a home photographer come to us that she found in our area to take great pictures of our home for the website. We didnt have to do any work! My parents were thinking about moving closer to me and all I had to do was ask Amanda to look for homes in their budget and she came through very quickly. 100% recommend Amanda to all my family and friends. And if we chose to buy another home in the future we are definitely giving her a call!
ZillowVERIFIEDDuring my representation as a buyers agent, she was nice and very open. However during the home buying process she was unprofessional, we asked her to put specific items on the contract and she said no. I do not like someone who is not upfront and takes business to a personal level. I will not do any business with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy house sold quick! The photos were amazing! Amanda and Rhory explained everything well and stayed in constant communication. I will definitely be using them for my next purchase.
ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda is great, always kept me updated with any new changes and was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had! Definitely recommend her, shes great!
ZillowVERIFIEDI just recently moved Into my new home and with the help from Amanda everything went unbelievably smooth. I couldnt ask for a better realtor! She was extremely kind and informative and she made sure that every single one of my needs was met. Highly recommend her!
