ZillowVERIFIED I started out working with another realtor, but there was a complication and I had to switch. A deal fell through and then my house was off the market for about a month, but as soon as Amanda took over; it was smooth sailing! She got it back on the market immediately. A week later, we accepted an offer. Then about a month later, we closed on the house! You tell her what you need out of the deal, and she takes care of the rest. She explains everything along the way. Next time I need a realtor, she's my first contact.
