We had not thought of selling the house., however, I wanted to listen to information she may had. She brought up a program called aEURoeBuy before you SellaEUR?. This program interested me where I could use the equity of my current home to purchase a new home before selling our current home. We decided to go with one of the creative financing plans with one of the lending brokers she works with. Thats when we decided to seriously look for our forever home. Amanda is very knowledgeable with the real estate market trends, and she looked over our house and believed we would qualify for a aEURoeBuy before you Sell ProgramaEUR?. Once we received the lender pre-approval, we started the search of our forever home. We found one in a couple weeks and selected one of the three homes she and her office colleague showed us. Amanda kept us on track throughout the purchase process, disclosures, documents to be reviewed, help with preparing the offer. Our offer was accepted. One of the tasks was to get our current home inspected, a few items were highlighted which again, she took the initiative to seek out contractors and vendors to have repairs completed in time for full loan approval from the lender. All done within a week! Our loan was on its way! We appreciate that she kept us on track and provided reminders and follow ups. She was able to be reached by phone, txt or email. She is very responsive and keeps us informed of major milestones and planning. She coordinated all the contractors and vendors with high efficiency and is a very patient individual.
